Weather in Genoa, Italy

Genoa has four distinct seasons. In the most popular summer months (July and August), average temperatures soar to around 30?C, with daily temperatures reaching a maximum of around 38?C. The spring and autumn periods are remarkably dry, with the majority of rain falling between November and December. In winter, temperatures rarely fall below 5?C, but if you travel in winter to Genoa, things to keep you warm in the evenings are essential.

Liguria is easy to reach, the closest international airports are Malpensa in Milano, Pisa and Nice in France. Genova has an airport but is for national and inter-European flights.
