Our spacious ground floor, air conditioned apartment is set within a gated complex with 24-hour security in a quiet area and has a shared swimming pool. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, and a cloakroom (washbasin and toilet only). Two of the bedrooms open onto the patio. Each bedroom has twin beds, and a large bed settee in the living room sleeps up to 2 more people. Bed linen and towels are provided except for travel cot. A travel cot and baby buggy with parasol can be provided at no extra charge. The living room has seating for 6 people and there is a dining table and 6 chairs should you wish to eat in. There are 2 tables, a further 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers and a Barbecue on the patio. There is a satellite TV and DVD player.The DVD player plays CDs and MP3s. A safe is provided Free of charge. This is a non-smoking apartment and we ask our clients who wish to smoke to smoke on the patio and not in the apartment. FREE Hurghada Airport transfers.Wheelchair ramp available

Notes to the rental rates

• The price of £550 is for occupancy of the apartment by upto 6 people. There is an extra charge of £50 per person for up to 2 more people and we give a discount of £100 for single or double occupancy( i.e £450 per week for 1 or 2 people) . FREE Collection from and return to Hurghada airport is included. Water and power are also included (normal usage) Weekly linen change and cleaning service is provided We also provide one beach towel per person.
  You may pay by credit or debit card or by personal cheque (in GBPounds only).
  To confirm your booking please send a deposit of 25% with the balance due 8 weeks before departure For bookings within 8 weeks of departure we require full payment A refundable security deposit of £250 is required with the final payment in case of damage or excessive usage of utilities. This is refunded 14 days after your return from holiday less any charge for any loss, breakages or damage. Email me for copy of full terms and conditions.

Accommodation and Facilities for the apartment in Egypt

SCUBA DIVING and GOLF

The Red Sea is one of the most famous scuba diving destinations and thought by some to be second only to the Great Barrier Reef. This is due to the good visibility almost all year round, the beautiful coral formations and the myriad of fishes. Whether you are an experienced diver or just a beginner the Red Sea has it all from shallow coral gardens to historical wrecks, the Thistlegorm being the most famous. If you wish you may pre-book your diving with us or just tell our friend who will pick you up at Hurghada airport what you require and he will arrange it for you. If there are members of your party who don't wish to dive, they are able to join you either to snorkel or just to take the boat trip. An excellent lunch is served on full day trips. GOLF. An 18 hole USPGA golf course is located at El Gouna about 20km away and we can arrange daily transport should you require.

TOURIST EXCURSIONS

Our friend is also able to organise any excursions you may wish to make whilst on holiday at a very reasonable price e.g. Trips to Luxor, Karnac Temple,Colossus of Memnon, Valley of the Kings and Queens, Pyramids at Giza and Cairo. He can even organise a 3 day cruise down the Nile.

EATING OUT and NIGHT LIFE

EATING OUTt is very reasonably priced. There is a large variety of restaurants within easy walking distance and lots more by taking a short bus or taxi into Sekala and Dahar, the older parts of Hurghada. Many restaurants will deliver. There is a small supermarket just outside the complex(open 8.30am to 2am!), another larger one a 5 - 10 minute stroll away and more located in Sekala a 5 minute bus or taxi ride. A free welcome pack containing a few basic necessities will be provided (water, coffee, tea, milk etc) just to tide you over until you are able to get to the supermarket. NIGHT LIFE Although the apartment is located in a quieter area you do not have to go far to experience a bustling night life. Sekala is a 5 minute bus or taxi ride (approximately 10p by bus or £1 by taxi) and there are restaurants to suit every taste from Fine dining to Macdonalds. Night Clubs include Ministry of Sound and Calypso and there is a Hard Rock Cafe.
