Beautiful apartment in the perfect marina location

The apartment is on the first floor and has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a lovely terrace area. It is quiet, light and airy and has all the benefits of a modern flat including air conditioning and satellite TV in most languages. The flat overlooks the marina, giving excellent views from the terrace area as well as the two bedrooms. As it faces North, the morning sun is avoided but the evening sun can be enjoyed from the terrace, a perfect place for an end-of-day drink. The cool northerly breeze also helps the flat, providing some natural air conditioning. The flat is not above or adjacent to any commercial premises and so is very peaceful.

Abu Tig Marina is the most prestigious part of Egypt's exclusive resort of El Gouna. El Gouna is a terrific location and you can have a holiday there as active or lazy as you like. For the active, El-Gouna is a fabulous water sports location with excellent Scuba and snorkelling facilities. The location is recognised as one of the best kite surfing locations in the world and world champions have trained there. For golfers, the nearby Steigenberger course is widely recognised as both challenging and beautiful. There is also horse riding : fishing : quad bikes and go-karting. Day trips and excursions - exciting Desert Safaris and trips to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings amongst others - are available from vendors in the Marina and downtown El Gouna. For the less active, the beaches are superb, well-kept and clean. The breeze complements 355 sunny days a year. The marina itself is well served with restaurants and shops.
