This Monaco Penthouse makes every corner of Monaco accessible within minutes. Located at the end of an avenue famed for it's baroque architecture, lined with cafés, shops and a daily indoor & outdoor market; every conveinence is within minutes of the apartment. Using the private residents lift, descending 9 floors below ground level, you can easily walk to Monaco Beach, the Monte Carlo Casino, the Grimaldi Forum and Monaco Harbour. The Monaco Penthouse is currently undergoing a renovation for the start of the 2010 season. Post renovation, the apartment will be the highest specification apartment available to rent in the Monaco area.

Nice-Côte d’Azur International Airport is a 30-minute drive, or the €80 HeliAir MonteCarlo takes 10 minutes, from the airport to its dedicated helipad near the harbour. Non-stop flights to Nice: 7 hours from New York, 10 from Tokyo, 2 from London. The new Monaco Train Station is served from Milan, Rome, Paris and Zurich amongst other destinations.
