This apartment is situated 12min from the beach, is full state of the art facilities plasma TV, outdoor heated pool and chilled in the summer there are 6 major hotels all within walking distance Sheraton, oasis beach, Ritz Carlton, le. royal meridian hotel and spa and the governor hotel with bar 44 and the world famous budda bar, also the marina is a short walk so all in all a great location for families or couples and 10 min in a taxi to snow dome, mall of the emirates, wild wadi water park.

Golf: The world famous Emirates golf course is only a 10min drive, also 4 other courses within 20 min drive.

Other Activities: power boat hire.

superbe appartement tres bien équipé avec tres jolie vue
le proprietaire est tres sympathique et avons été accueilli par winny à l'aeroport (tout est tres bien organisé)
l'appartement est spacieux et tres bien agencé;
2 jolies piscines et proximité d'une superbe plage ;
attendons avec impatience l'année prochaine pour pouvoir y revenir

Stayed in Sadaf 6. Nice, well sized apartment with good furniture and quite clean. Excellent location with shops downstairs and amenities on site. Airport pick up and drop off very helpful.

The flat had Sat TV and even an XBOX - was really good.

Doesn't match Dubai's 5 star hotels, but it's excellent accomodation for a family or group if you don't need the services of the hotel and prefer a bit of extra space.
