This Dubai vacation home has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms; the villa has been designed & decorated to the highest standard and includes an Opus multi room entertainment system with iPod dock, satellite TV's and PC's. The entertainment room includes a PS3, TV, DVD, and two laptop PC's, video games and an extensive DVD collection for all ages, together with a selection of board games and books (for the traditionalists!)

Located 2 km away from the Emirates Golf Club, from the Mall of the Emirates and from the Wild Wadi, this holiday villa is perfectly based for a luxury Dubai vacation. The houseboy will clean and tidy on a daily basis, drop you to any of the nearby attractions or hotels and will pick up your groceries!

Additional information about rental rates

  • The villa normally accomodates up to 10 people. There is an over occupancy charge of US$900 per person for a 11th or 12th person,
    A deposit of 30% is due upon booking, with the balance due 90 days before arrival. Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 4.6% processing fee. A security deposit of £200 is payable on booking and refunded in cash at the end of your stay.
    Christmas & New Year must be booked as a 2 week reservation.
  • Rental price includes housekeeping 6 days per week. Linens (sheets, towel, dish towels) are changed twice a week. The houseboy will run short errands including grocery shopping if required. Prices include the pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls. A mobile phone is also offered with pay as you go service.

Notes: The houseboy / driver is available 6 days per week from 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m and will manage local grocery shopping if required. Babysitting is available for an additional fee of 40AED per hour (approx. £6, $10) paid directly to the houseboy (he is absolutely trustworthy, and babysits my own children when we use the villa). A small selection of popular games are provided for the PS3 and you are welcome to load your own PC games onto any of the PC's. A large DVD collection is available for viewing. The pool is heated to at least 28 degrees in winter, and cooled to 30 degrees in summer.

After re-visiting and staying in such superb accommodations we shall come here again for sure. “Andy” described it as a “home” and that is exactly what it is. Dubai vacation villa - guest comments: Mr Valli & Family - Leicester. July 2007. We have visited Dubai many times, this is the first time the children really enjoyed themselves despite the weather at this time of year because the facilities in the villa, such as the entertainment room, pool etc. We were informed the Palm was still under construction so we were not sure of what to expect, however the villa was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The views were breath taking. We have enjoyed ourselves and have had a great time staying at the villa. We want to hopefully return again soon! Jason has been excellent and helpful.

The Emirates Golf Club has become one of the favourite golf course of the world's top players because it is the first grass course in the Middle East, and the favourite location for the PGA European Tour event, The Dubai Desert Classic.

Fantastic Palm Jumeirah Villa

Andy, THANK YOU so much for letting us hire Villa Georgia in May - we had a fantastic time and I'm completely in love with Dubai - so we will be returning again v soon and hope to stay a little longer next time. Carlos and Hassan were wonderful and it was a pleasure meeting them.
We couldn't fault the villa or location it was everything we wanted and more - the photo's on the Web don't do this villa justice, it's amazing!
This time last month we were looking forward to Al Qasr.... wish we could turn back time.

Luxury indeed!

Our visit lasted just 1 week, but this time will be never forgotten. Not only land and its people, the seaside and the shopping malls, it was also the villa that fascinated us.
5 bedrooms (each one in a different style), a big kitchen, nice dining room, a comfortable lounge and a recreation room with 1001 capabilities to relax. Also the support service was thoughtful and very polite. At least it was the discreet, but very attentive and helpful houseboy. Jason, you´re a gem!
All in all a nice place to meet nice people and recreate.

magnificent holiday

Stayed in Dubai approx 14 times inc.5 stays at the Burg but i have to say this was a holiay to remember..Visited again this August and how the island has improved It is now a city on its own and if you explore there are now bars and restraunts and in Sept the Atlantis Hotel to visit.My only gripe is that Dubai and especially this island have become very expensive.I must also add that the house is wonderful including all the fixtures and fittings.

Having been on numerous family holidays we were looking for a location and villa that was suitable for all the family. We definitely found all we were looking for in this villa! Beach, swimming pool and entertainment room provided something for everyone. The extra touches, like having Jason available to drive us around, the guest mobile and laptops to use shows Andy has really thought about how to make a holiday fully relaxing and special. We hope to return again soon. Thanks to you all.

10 day stay with a family of 7

We were looking for good-sized accommodation given that we were travelling as a family of 7, with a range of facilities, especially for the children (aged 2 and 4). We all had a fantastic time - quite literally a home from home. Obviously the pool and immediate beachfront were a great hit, but it was also the fact that two TVs, DVD players, satellite and internet access through two laptops existed.providing ample indoor entertainkment for children and adults alike. Jason, the live-in houseboy, was very helpful throughout our stay. If you're looking for a trouble-free holiday in Dubai with family or a group of friends, this is the way to do it!
