Notes to the rental rates

• Rental price includes house keeping 6 days per week. Linens (sheets, towel, dish towels) are changed twice a week. The houseboy will run short errands including grocery shopping if required. Prices include the pool cleaning, garden maintenance and local phone calls. A mobile phone is also offered with pay as you go service.
  
• Prices are based on a 6 person minimum occupancy, please ask for pricing for larger groups of up to 10. A deposit of 10% is due upon booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer or credit card. Credit card payments incur a 1.5% processing fee. A credit/debit card is required as security against damages.

After re-visiting and staying in such superb accommodations we shall come here again for sure. “Andy” described it as a “home” and that is exactly what it is. Apart from the exquisite decor and design of he villa, the way that we were treated by Jason [the houseboy / driver] was second to none. He was fantastic and a credit to his family back home. Mr Valli & Family - Leicester. July 2007. We have visited Dubai many times, this is the first time the children really enjoyed themselves despite the weather at this time of year because the facilities in the villa, such as the entertainment room, pool etc. We were informed the Palm was still under construction so we were not sure of what to expect, however the villa was excellent, it exceeded our expectations. The views were breath taking. We have enjoyed ourselves and have had a great time staying at the villa. We want to hopefully return again soon! Jason has been excellent and helpful.
