Great Vacation

This was our first experience with VRBO, and we will definitely be back! Prior to arriving, I was a little concerned with how staying off-property would impact our Disney vacation - after staying in this home, I doubt I will ever go back to staying on property!! <br/>We arrived soon after check in, and everything was clean and well-kept. I had wondered how the home would look in person, after viewing the pictures online, and I must say that the pictures don't do it justice. The home has a very open floor plan with two large areas furnished with comfortable sofas to sit and talk or watch tv. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including salt & pepper, dish towels, sheets and even towels for the pool. <br/>Although we never had to call Michelle with any problems, I doubt that there would have been difficulty if we had done so - I had called her with very little notice immediately before we left and she was able to respond very quickly with the information I needed. <br/>Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the house - it was actually much nicer to stay off-property and have the space to spread out, as well as the peace and relative solitude. The drive into any of the Disney / Universal parks tended to take about 25 minutes, even with some minor construction that was taking place on the roads. My two boys (11 and 7) probably had as much fun in the pool every morning and evening as they did at some of the parks - in fact, most days the kids were ready to get back to the pool before we were ready to leave the park! To be able to come home to a spacious house after a busy day, throw some steaks on the grill and sit out by the pool while the kids played in the pool was such a nice way to wrap up each day - this was definitely a far more relaxing and restful vacation than our last trip to Disney, when we stayed on property.

I have "rented" several homes through Behlor Realty over the years. This was the biggest and nicest one of all. We go back to the same location every year, because we are familiar with it. <br/> <br/>We always walk in with our cameras and take pictures, before we carry our things in. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. <br/> <br/>There was plenty of room for everyone, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time by the pool, because it is so private out back. <br/> <br/>There is everything that anyone would need on 192, whether it be shopping for souvenirs, groceries, fruit to take home, or restaurants. <br/> <br/>Hope to return again next year.

Great Disney Vacation

We were in this lovely home for a week with my daughter's family. The two king size suites were ideal for our use. Unlike many of the homes we have stayed in, this one actually had comfortable furniture to relax in. The pool heat wasn't working while we were there, but we were given a full refund on that portion. It was clean and well maintained. <br/> <br/>The property is about 25 minutes from Disney, and you do not have to use the toll roads that the GPS suggests. <br/> <br/>I would definitely recommend this property.

Lovely vacation home

This was a lovely vacation home with plenty of space for at least 8 adults. The only problem we had was keeping the pool temperature warm enough to swim. We would recommend this property to others to enjoy. \Plenty of things to due and see within a short distance from the home.

Pros: <br/>This house had more than ample space for our family of 5. With 3 teen daughters it was a blesssing to have 3 full bathrooms. Everyone loved the heated pool in the mornings and after long days at Disney. The house was clean upon our arrival and met our expectactions. <br/>We were all impressed with the amount of space. <br/> <br/>Cons: <br/>House is a little off the beaten path, and the nearest stores etc are a minimum 5 - 6 mile drive. The average commute to Downtown Disney took us 25 minutes (not too bad) Although the house does have wireless internet, the speed is not condusive for business - This was a pseudo working vacation for me and it was difficult with internet speeds below 1MB <br/>The master does have a jacuzzi tub, but it's showing it's age - We opted to not bother with it at all. <br/> <br/>Overall - we were very pleased with our stay and being our first VRBO experience the bar has been set - As well i can confidently say that Hotels are a thing of the past for this family.

Yes stores in Florida tend to be a few miles away from the homes, it is just the land zoning for residentila neighbourhoods. First coment I have had on the master tub? Looks and works fine. Michelle

The house was more than ample for our family of 5. With three teen girls it was great to have the 3 full bathrooms. We all loved the pool which was well heated during our stay. The house was very comfortable with a ton of living space. Everything was very clean upon our arrival. Being our first VRBO experience it has set the bar for future rentals and has pretty much eliminated hotels as being an option on any future vacation. <br/> <br/>Thanks to Michelle and Behlor Realty! <br/> <br/>Chris and Jennifer.

My family and I rented this house on May 4. The development was so quiet and secluded that you felt you were the only ones that were on the street. The house was very nice and spacious. Didnot have any problems while we were there. Would recommend to anyone. Pool was fantastic, but rock feature would have been nice if it was running. <br/>We go to Florida every year and would definately stay in that home or neighborhood again!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Since our children are teenagers, we didn't want to stay in a hotel. This was the perfect place as everyone had their own bedroom and with 3 full baths there were no fights over taking too much time. <br/> <br/>The house is very close to Disney and not too bad of a drive to Universal Studios or Sea World. I think the thing we liked most was coming home from the parks and jumping in the pool. It was a great way to revive tired legs! <br/> <br/>I would highly recommend this rental to anyone with children that wants a place to unwind after a long day at the theme parks.

Perfect March Weather

We enjoyed the pool so much at this home. We have rented in other subdivisions and had trouble with the pools not heating. The pool was warm when we arrived and stayed warm the whole 10 days we were there. It is also nice to have an overhang to sit under out of the sun. The neighborhood was real quiet. All of our beds were very comfortable, we used 3 rooms. Michelle was very nice to deal with. We did miss the hot tub a little but the pool made up for it. We had no problems that we needed to call about while there. It was the best March we have had in Florida for weather.

Nice accomadations

Overall our family enjoyed having a house to come home to everynight after a busy day at the parks. We were able to let the kids play in the pool while we relaxed and made supper. The property was clean and convienient. A nice alternative to a hotel and having to go to a restaurent for every meal.

Perfect home for family

We had two families stay here for doing Disney parks during day and relaxing at the pool in afternoons. This worked out great, Michelle was very helpful with the whole process! We will definitely book again through her!! The pump for the hot tub did not work properly, but that was in the process of being fixed after we were gone, but overall we enjoyed everything else! We received our deposit in a timely manner, would recommend to friends!

Great Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was spacious and comfortable and fairly easy to get to everything without being in the chaos of everything. We ordered the pool heat because it was janurary and it heated the pool beautifully, It was like bath water, but kinda cold when we got out because the air was colder especially in the evening. The jacuzzi tub is just that, It is not a hot tub, it heats to the same temperature as the pool. The microwave was not working and we called and they brought a new one in immedietly. Great place to stay and very reasonably priced. Also recieved my deposit back in a very timely manner.

A wonderful family vacation

The instructions and directions to this property were easy to understand. We found the home in clean and proper order. It was adequate for our family needs. A delightfully quiet neighborhood. <br/> <br/>Bring plenty of bottled water for drinking and coffee or tea. The City water was gawd awful. A bit disappointed that the BBQ grill gas tank was empty since we We were hoping to grill hamburgers one evening. The pool area was wonderful for some much needed relaxation after a long day of touring. <br/> <br/> All in all, the home worked out just fine for our needs. Thank you, Bill

Excellent choice for families with children

This home was a life saver for our vacation to Disney. All 4 kids got food poisoning and were sick for the entire week. Luckily, we were able to extend our vacation by a few days. The staff was wonderful to work with and very helpful. The home had everything we needed - including a washer/dryer for 4 sick kids! We were able to have all the comforts of home even though we were hundreds of miles away. The pool was nice. The waterfall and spa didn't work, but we didn't really need it.

We've had a wonderful time in FL. The location was perfect for me, Even it is a 25 minutes ride to the Disney Parks, the location works very well if you are looking to stay on a quiet neighborhood. The pool was great and the weather was a bless. The house has everything you need to feel like home.

Couldn't Be Better

This was my first trip to Florida with my family as well as, my first time renting online. It was GREAT! Michelle was awesome. I had no worries. The house was large enough for 2 families of 4 and the pool was great. The kids loved it. When I found I had a few issues with the alarms, I contacted Michelle and she took care of the situation immediately. My vacation was flawless. My only complaint is the cable package. We allowed for a couple of days of rest time at the house so I was dissapointed to know we only got MAYBE 10 basic cable channels. It was very hard with children becasue being in Disney and all, they wanted the Disney channel. It was not available. So prepare for this situation with lots of DVD's and a player as there was only 1 in the livingroom. I will be using this again should I need to i the future. Thanks!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My family of 8 stayed in this beautiful home. We had 7 adults and one 10 month old. Having the 2 master suites and 2 other bedrooms was wonderful. <br/>The house has everything you need, including a pack & play, stroller, and high chair. It is in a very quiet neighborhood, yet only 20 to 30 min from the theme parks. Having the pool was great. We used the grill and sat out by the pool many a nights. The only problem we had is with the love bugs, but nothing you can do about them that time of year. I have told friends and family about this great trip and how much we enjoyed the rental.

Wonderful Vacation Home

The house was wonderful. Very clean and having everything that you needed for a great stay. <br/>Seven adults and one 9 month old stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The picture of the house is just what you get. The pool was great to come home to, after a long day at the park. We loved having the use of a pack and play, high chair and carriage. <br/>Having 2 master bedroom suites and 2 more bedrooms was fantastic. Sitting out by the pool in the evening was great. <br/>The neighborhood is very quiet and yet you are only 20-30 min. to theme parks and 10 mins to the nearest shopping center. <br/>Andrew, who lives next door, was helpful in giving us directions to shops. <br/>Michelle, thank you for your help and you will be hearing from us again.

Everything we could possibly want was included in this attractive home and the pool was absolute bliss. The only downside was having to leave at the end of our stay. <br/> Having visited Florida several times before, we were on the lookout for new attractions and loved The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Islands of Adventure. We also discovered an excellent place to eat, Boma (Flavors of Africa) at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. <br/> For evening entertainment, we recommend Capone's, a family friendly 'speak-easy' with gangsters and molls, good food and an interactive cabaret - if you have seats at the front!

Back Again and LOVED it!

We had rented this home 3 years ago and we were fortunate enough to have rented it again for this March Break! We love the layout of this house and it works out so well for two families to share. The house was very clean and the pool was warm! We love the privacy of the backyard! Although we were looking forward to seeing some updates on the house (new bedding, fresh paint, etc), it did not make a difference in our holiday that these things had not been updated. We would recomend this house to friends and family and we would return again if we visit the Florida area. Michelle was very helpful in our booking! By the way, the next door neighbour is a lovely man- he taught us all about coconuts and sugar cane and even let us try some from his garden! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Just a point for future renters, the towels have all been replaced and new bedding for the masters will be done latter this year, although still fine it's nice to update. The living room, kitchen and 2 twin rooms were repainted - these get the most "wear"albeit in the same cream color.

Great stay

Stayed in this house on April 18 to 25, 2009. <br/> <br/>The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. All communications with Michelle were very easy. Pool is great (but must keep the solar blanket on even if paying for pool heat). <br/> <br/>The house is about 25-30 minutes to the Disney parks and 15 minutes to the 192 where all the restaurants are. <br/> <br/>The house was very private (hardly saw any neighbors). <br/> <br/>We had a great stay and would recommend this house and behlor realty to anyone.

We spent a week at this home in December 2008. The home was spacious and clean. The pool was wonderful, especially after returning from a day at the parks. Michelle was a pleasure to work with - we have rented from Michelle before and will do so again.

We were very pleased with the home. It was nice and spacious for our large group of 10. The only thing we noticed was that the DVD player did not work. It didn't matter to us though because the weather was perfect during our stay and the kids weren't interested in watching movies anyway. When we returned from Disney World each day, they just wanted to spend the evenings swimming in the pool. The deck area around the pool was nice also with enough seating to accommodate all of us. We were very pleased with the home and the customer service and definitely plan on renting again for our next trip to Disney.

Great Place

This is a super place to stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood that is not too far from Disney. (my estimate is about 10 to 15 minutes). While the house is not brand new, it was clean and very nice. The dual master bedrooms are private and each have their own private entrance to the pool. The dual smaller bedrooms are great for kids. One of the best parts is that it backs up to a lot of foliage, and coupled with the way the house is situated, (the pool extends back a little beyond the other houses in the development) it therefore seems very private. <br/> <br/>Bottom line, with a short drive, you can relax from the busy vacation life and lounge by an essentially private screened in pool. Turn on the waterfall and you hear almost nothing, and it's just a nice time. <br/> <br/>Since it's near Kissimmee, there are also lot of lake-related things you can do. If you like fishing, you can get a boat on Lake Toho (23k acres, so I'm told, plus has locks and canals that connect it to other lakes) and go out yourself, or hire a pro bass fisherman to take you around (that's what we did - Chuck's Guide Service, highly recommended) - then we hired a pontoon boat from Chuck and motored around the lake, the kids loved it. <br/> <br/>So yes, it's a little drive, but the drive is not bad and it gets you far, far, away from the rats maze up near the parks. So you can choose to be busy or choose to relax - and that's the nice part about this house. <br/> <br/>Highly recommended - Oh, and one of the best parts is the painless rental process. I dealt with Michelle at Behlor Realty in Kissimmee. She went out of her way to help us, and it was easy. Thanks, Michelle.

We rented 4708 Crestone Circle in Dorel Woods in August, 2008. The house was clean and everything was as the website said it would be. It was a great vacation that we all really enjoyed. The pool was great and it was used everyday of our stay. I would recommend Behlor Realty as they made our first experience of renting a house instead of a hotel a wonderful one that we plan to repeat in the future. Michelle was very helpful and prompt with all of my dealings with her. Thank you very much Michelle.

First impressions of the villa were very good; plenty of room and comfortably furnished, it was clean an well maintained with friendly neighbors (residents). The drive from Sanford airport took quite a while and it didn't help that we hit rush hour in town! But we were soon refreshed after a dip in the pool. <br/>We found the villa spacious enough for all eight of us (2 families) and once we had familiarized ourselves with the area, found it to be convenient for everything but quiet and relaxing too. <br/>We felt that more details of local amenities within the area would have been of a benefit in the villa, possibly names of takeaways, nearest supermarket etc. <br/>We did not travel to Orlando for the Parks but did visit Seaworld and their new water park Aquatica, which we enjoyed. Fishing trips on lake Toho were great fun; you get to see the sun come up! Gatorland was good but they try to charge you for many things once inside. Unfortunately our stay was disrupted by Hurricane Fay and the weather was very overcast with a lot of rain. We escaped to the Gulf coast for a day which was beautiful, white sandy beaches and warm seas. <br/>We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and would use it again ourselves should we travel to the same area.

Wonderful vacation home

We had a wonderful time in this property. The house is well maintained and positioned for all we wanted to do. Disney was about a 20-25 minute drive away. the area was quiet and the pool area was so relaxing, especially the waterfall. The house was very large and could have accommodated a lot more people than us (only 4). We would definately recommend this property and Behlor, who were very prompt in responding to our initial enquiry.

We stayed for 2 weeks in July 2008 .Thank you to Michele for the excellent communication and information about the house before we arrived. The house was even better than the photos showed. The house was very clean and well maintained and well stocked with all necessary equiptment.The only thing I would suggest would be an information folder on the local area , eg nearest supermarket, restaurants, take out menus etc. We liked the location as it felt really peaceful away from all the crowds.I would definately recommend this property and management company to others.

This home was the most relaxing and comfortable environment to stay in. It had all the comforts of home and really felt homey after our two week stay. The pool was a definite asset and the waterfall made it a very comforting time to lounge in the sun or have family dinners on the patio. Everyone had their own space and it was great when you have older children. The security system was great especially when you have children and you are in a different environment. This is a great home and I would recommend it for anyone!!! The owners were very accommodating and were available to assist with anything you needed. We ate at The Olive Garden, Pacino's, Perkins, Applebees, and we went to The Pirates Adventure Dinner. They were all very good. All the Disney Parks are close as well as other attractions. The only thing I would suggest is to install cable for evenings when it rains or you just want an evening at home.

Unfortunatly to add more the cost is $55 per month, so we try to keep a control over the costs - Perhaps I should suggest that renters bring their favourite dvd's and the home has a 5 change cd player with speakers in all rooms and out by the patio.

2922 EVANS DRIVE,DORAL WOODS <br/>This property at Evans Drive was a nice, spacious and clean 4 bedroomed villa in a quiet neighbourhood. All the essentials were provided, however I think the towels could do with being renewed. We were very happy with the service that Michelle and Behlor Realty gave us and will definitely book again. However we will try for a property a bit closer to the 192 next year.

Our family of four and our friends' family of four stayed at this house for our vacation and loved every inch of this place! We couldn't find anything in the house that we'd actually change! We loved it all! We actually tried to book it again but it was rented out for the time we needed it. We have already recommended it to friends who have indeed rented it out for this coming summer vacation. It is a truly beautiful home and the fact that we didn't have to fight over who gets the king size bed was a major plus! We will definitely try to rent this house again the next time we are in Florida!

I have stayed at this rental 3 times, and would have to disagree with many of the comments that the previous renter add to this review panel. Check the guest book - that reflectst this rental far more accurately. I found the location great, quiet, peacful, and close to disney. We were able to get any type of food delivered, perhaps they were not calling the closest restaurants. We love the pool and spa, 2 king rooms is such a treat - we even used the TV cable extension wire left at the house, in case you want to move a tv into the second master - easily done - there are 4 TV's to pick from, a playstation 2, and wireless internet. We recomend this rental to family and friends and they visit too - so check it out and call Behlor - Michelle and Steve we have found really helpfull prior and during our stay - they even call you early in your stay to check all is ok for you and e-mail over great arrival info. <br/>ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!!

The home was clean and adequate. The home met our needs. The pool was not warm at all 2 of the days! The jacuzzi was not warm at all! The washer and dryer could not handle our loads and had to be redried 2 or 3 times. The jacuzzi bathtub made the stay enjoyable! The floor should have had more rugs on the entrance to eliminate slips from returning from the pool. The kitchen needs basics like coffee filters and trash can liners and the trash removal days needs to be written down. The cats in the neighborhood attacked the trash because it sat there for a few days. Apparently trash day is Fridays. The ultimate no no was when someone put the pool cover on the pool when we were at the park. That felt very invading. There should be no visits unless announced! There should be a TV in the other King bedroom and in the family room. The limited channels was extremely irritating. We could not even watch a DVD we had brought!! It was only Fast and the Furious! Oh and noone delivers food because it's too far out!

Owners Response: It is good to get some feed back, and I hope the points below help. If renting in Jan renters must keep the cover on the pool except for when swimming - if no cover is on, it will not stay warm - hence why when you called to say it was cool, I drove up to the house, found the cover off and put it on for you. Same applies to the spa. I did get the dryer looked at, and they clearer the dryer hose, all works fine now so thanks for letting me know. There are rugs by every door out to the pool, which should be ok for people with wet feet. Re kitchen comment - the trash days are written in the behlor book and the sheet on the fridge - I checked and they are in the home ok, also the items you request are to be provided by the renter - it is a self catering holiday, some owners have provided these items in the past but unfortunatley some folks take it all home, so we keep the rates resonable and let yo get bits when doing your grocery shopping. The point about no visits - is just not practicle, we have to clean the pool, cut the lawn, do pest control, and put the cover on! Due to the construction of the home - they cannot get to the back bedroom to put a tv in that room - there are 4 TV's in the home as listed in the info. Most of my rentals have basic cable including this property, but if I know ahead of time I can look for something with the upgrade. I have never experience any of the local restauants not wanting to deliver - Sonneys, domenio's, Le Mays, 2 chineese will all deliver. So hope these comments help - please check my guest book link on the site where many guests have added a comment too!!!!

We stayed at 2922 Evans Drive Doral Woods. The house was very clean and the garage was big enough for my HOTROD car. We liked the heated pool. We also liked being out of the busy traffic but also close to old town and the other car shows. Thanks to Michelle for geting us the right house for this trip. We will be using Michelle to get us the right house in the future. Thanks to the owner of this house for leaving the garage a garage and not making it into a game room. Thank you for the rental at 2922 Evans Drive in Doral Woods. We stayed there from sept. 27th thru October 6th. The house was very beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for the 2 families that stayed there. It was great coming home from the parks and going swimming in the pool. The waterfall in the pool was nice to look at and listen to. We will definately be staying there again in the future. I would recommend this house to any one who wants a home away from home for their vacation getaway.

We stayed at 2922 Evans Drive in Doral Woods and had a wonderful vacation! It is a beautiful house and we loved the quiet location that was still close to all the fun that Kissimmee has to offer. We all loved the pool and also enjoyed the home's intercom/radio/cd changer! They installed a wireless high speed internet connection during our stay - this only adds to the value of the house! We stayed at 2922 Evans Dr. in Doral Woods in April. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our kids had a lot of fun swimming in the heated pool after walking the whole day. We stayed at 2922 Evans Drive, Doral Woods, for one week in January. The home worked out really well for us seven adults. The house was as nice as the pictures portrayed, spacious with comfortable furnishings including the beds. The kitchen was well supplied and we made good use of it. We did so much away from the home that we did not have the pool heated but it looked wonderful and there was lots of comfy seating around it. We enjoyed being in the quiet neighborhood of Doral Woods. Thank you.

This was our first time renting a villa. In our previous trips to Orlando, we stayed at Disney properties. Just returned from 10 days at 2922 Evans Drive. Two families with 3 children under the ages of 3 stayed there. We had plenty of room and it was very nice to know anytime the doors out to the pool area were opened. We spent almost the entire vacation lounging by the pool with the CD player on. Recently returned from 2 week holiday at 2901 Eldiente Way, what a great villa. Special thanks to Steve, from Behlor Realty. We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at 2901 eldiente way. What a lovely villa, this was our second stay using Behlor Realty, this time at a differnt add. in Doral Woods. We were there during Hurricane Jeanne but this in no way spoilt a wonderful holiday. Special praise should be added for Steve who came out late at night on the first day of our visit to sort out a problem, he took five minutes to arrive and was extremely helpful. After the hurricane he was very helpful with advise on the phone and a pleasure to deal with, thank you for your help. Will definately want to be booking again!!

We rented 2900 Evans Way for 1 week in September of 2004. This was our second visit to the home and we were very pleased this time as well. Even though we sat through a hurricane (Jeanne) and apparently Hurricane Charley had knocked out a window at the home, we had a great time. My sister and her husband (who are from Delaware) joined us and even though the hurricane cut our vacation a little short, I would definitely rent from Michelle and Behlor again. <br/>The home is close to all attractions but yet far enough away to let you feel like you are in the country. I strongly recommend using Behlor Realty for an 'at-home feeling' while away on vacation. Thanks again, Michelle, for making us feel so welcome. You will be hearing from us again.

We stayed at 4651 Prairie Point in Indian Point in Kissimee, FL in 7/04. This was our very first time renting a private home. My husband and I travelled with our son, daughter-in-law and 5 year old granddaugther. We had looked at pictures of the home that were e-mailed to us. The home looked very nice from the pictures. When we got to the property we were all very happy to see that the home was even nicer than the pictures! It was very spacious for our family and clean. The property was in a very secure area and private security guards frequently drove through the neighborhood. Our granddaughter loved the private, fenced in pool. In addition, the home we rented was very close to the Disney Parks, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls. We all agreed that renting a home was so much nicer than staying in a hotel--and much more economical. I highly recommend this realty company. They quickly responded to e-mail inquiries and promptly returned our deposit. Thanks so much for a very memorable vacation!

This was our third trip to Florida but our first time staying at Doral Woods and the first time we had used this company. We stayed at property 2922 Evans Drive. We loved the location, away from the busy tourist areas yet still very convenient for all the parks and other attractions. The accommodation exceeded our expectations in all respects so much so that we spent much more time at the villa than I would have expected with all that the area has to offer. The 6 disc CD player with speakers in most rooms and the pool area was our Daughter Amy’s favourite feature while I loved the Jacuzzi bath tub and Mick loved the pool. I would not hesitate to recommend the property to friends and family. I was nervous about booking via the internet; previously we booked with UK Holiday Companies or private owners in the UK. However the service I received each time I contacted Behlor Realty prior to, during and after our holiday was excellent. I dealt mainly with Michelle but all staff seemed just as helpful. I hope in the future to be able to visit the area again and would not hesitate to use the services of Behlor Realty. I would also try to book the same property if it were available but would feel confident to take a different property managed by the same company if necessary.

Our family of five recently stayed at 2927 Elbert Way during our two-week holiday in Florida. I would highly recommend it, especially to parents of young children who may not be up to the intensity of visiting theme parks and having non-stop activity every day. We stayed for 16 days at 2901 Eldiente Way, Doral Woods, it truly was a home away from home. The whole family loved it. It is a 4 bedroom house and so our 3 children had each their room and privacy (important especially for the 2 teenagers). We found it very comfortable, we loved the pool area which features a large shady area where one could comfortably sit, play games or relax on a lounger and read a book in the sun. One of the features that made us decide for this house, rather than other offers, was that the photographs Michelle e-mail us showed the pool to be surounded by greenery, rather than a fence or a neighbours house. And it was truly so. Being in a cul-de-sac, the property is very private and quietly located. We all loved staying at the house and at times were reluctant to leave and go out. We can highly recommend this property and Behlor Estates. Michelle handled our booking very professionally and she replied to our e-mails very quickly and efficiently. Florida is a long way from our home. So we don't know when we can come back, but when we will, we will certainly try to reserve this property again.

This was my family's third year renting with Behlor Realty. We stayed at 2918 Evans Drive in Doral Woods this time. Michelle was wonderful as always. Apparently, there was a big storm a few days before our arrival, but she made sure that things were up and running for us as quickly as possible so that we could really enjoy our stay. The house was beautiful inside and out and did not disappoint. My 9 year old really enjoyed the pool and was quite upset when it was time to return home. The baby pool was a nice treat because I enjoyed floating in it while the others played and swam in the big pool. I say again, I will never again stay in a hotel when I vacation in Orlando. This is the only way to go and Michelle and Behlor really help make your vacation planning easy and stress free so that you are able to worry about other things. Thanks for another wonderful, memorable stay from the Robinson Family!

We have recently returned from our stay in Orlando at 2900 Evans Way and we had a WONDERFUL time!! It was our first trip to the state and can't wait for the next!! The home was lovely and very convenient to all the Disney parks!! The children enjoyed the pool tremendously--it helped on the hot days when you just wanted to get in and cool off!! We just returned from our week long visit to Orlando. Our home away from home, 2901 Eldiente Way, Kissimmee, Florida, was fabulous! Beautiful, spacious, and the perfect place to return to after long days at the amusement parks. In fact, the last day some of us were so tired that 2 of the adults and 3 of the children decided to stay at the villa and play in the pool, while the other 5 went to Universal. The restful day prepared us for the 16 hour drive home the next day. Thanks so much Michelle for everything and we will definitley refer our friends and family to you.

We stayed at 2902Elbert Way, Doral Woods, it was a very spacious, peaceful villa with a wonderful pool and garden. We used the gas BBQ most nights and thoroughly recommend BUBBA burgers!!!

6/7 Our family rented 2900 Evans Way, Doral Woods Kisssimmee. What a GREAT WEEK. The home was more than we expected, very clean with very nice furnishings. The pool and patio area was fantastic. This is the only way our family will vacation in the future. We are looking forward to our next trip.

We stayed at 2901 eldiente way, doral woods and couldn't have asked for better place to stay. The property was extremely well equipped and furnished. Very clean and extremely private. Pool isn't overlooked unless you include the resident squirrels and frogs peering in through the pool screen. Location is ideal as very close to all attractions. The place is so good, only returned 2 days ago and already booked for another week later in the year.

We took the Family to Florida for a fantastice holiday and we received everything we expected and more. The accomodation was more than adequate and the service impecable. The location was perfact, affording privacy and yet very close to all the attractions/amenities. We were left alone by the service team however anything we needed was dealth with immediatley. I would strongly recomend these Pool homes to anybody looking to visit the area.

This is either the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at 2901 El Diente in Doral Woods. This year was even better as we noticed a lot of extras one of them being a gas grill. We come every year and plan to keep coming, probably to the same home. My kids don't care if we go to the parks or just stay at the house. It is definately our home away from home. We even have friends in the neighborhood!

Our family vacationed at 2922 Evans Drive and were very happy with the accomodations. The house was very spacious and clean. It was nice to come back to the house after a day at the parks and be able to relax by the pool. The pool heater was not working the first 3 days of our stay, but after calling Michelle it was soon fixed and we were able to fully enjoy it. We plan to return to Florida in the next couple of years and will book with Michelle again. Thanks again!!

Hi - my kids and I stayed in the house on Evans Way in the Doral Woods subdivision. The house was wonderful, the pool was great, and we had a great time. Everything was exactly how the pictures portrayed it to be and even better. This is a wonderful alternative to a hotel room, no noisy neighbors, no sharing the pool with 50 other people, and most of all you can cook and eat right at the house but yet not be too far away from everything. I've recommended Behlor Realty and Michele to several friends who are taking trips to the area this summer and we'll be using Michele again next year! We stayed at 2918 Evans Dr. in Doral Woods, Florida. It is a beautiful four bedroom home with a private back yard and in a quiet neighborhood. My daughter thought it was the best vacation she had ever been on. <br/>She loved the swimming pools. The pools are enclosed by a wonderful screened in porch. We were able to open the double french doors during the day and let the beautiful Florida weather in. What a treat when you are from the north! We also enjoyed the whirpool tub in the master bathroom and the convenience of a washer and dryer. This property is 30-40 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. It is very clean and seems well maintained. You would not be disappointed.
Owners Response: Thanks for the great review sally - just for future renters - it takes 10/15 mins to get to disney - I am not sure what route Sally was going - but not the recommended one!!

Me, my sister-in-law & my two nieces stayed at 2900 Evans Way, Doral Woods from 1/19/04-1/26/04, it was wonderful. We were able to save a lot of money by not having to go out to eat for every meal & we did not have to pack as much because we had our own washer & dryer!! The home was beautiful, it was kept clean & had all the conviences of home! We had a little problem with the pool heater for the first four days or so but after that the kids were able to use the pool. My sister-in-law & I went in for a quick dip, it was still a little chilly for us!!! Other than that, it was well worth it!!! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone!!! Thanks again!!

We spent Christmas at DisneyWorld when children were young, since they are grown and have children of their own; the vacation was their Christmas present. What a wonderful way to vaction with family. Just move in to a clean home with all the ammenities of your own home. My husband and I treated our children Michael & family of 5 from Rockville Maryland, Brent & family of 5 from Pflugerville Texas, Monica & family of 3 from Meadow Texas & Tracy & family of 5 from Arlington Texas, to a 6 day stay in the two homes at 2900 Evans Way and 2916 Evans Drive. Everyone loved having their own room and space. The grandchildren loved the pool, the 7 month old appreciated the Pack'n'play. <br/>If we ever plan another family reunion of this magnitude we would consider contacting Michelle at Behlor again.

My family of six just returned from a fabulous 10 day vacation at 2901 Eldiente Way. I was initially a little leary of renting through an on-line agency, especially with 4 children ages 10, 8, 6 & 3. However, it was everything promised and more. We had been to Disney before, however, we always stayed inside the park. The property was immaculately clean and very spacious with every convience of home. It was so nice for everyone to be able to relax (in their own space)and still be able to enjoy the convience of the location to all the attractions. I have already told all my family and friends about Behlor Realty and especially Michelle. She was always available and made the transaction perfectly simple. We definitely look forward to staying at one of your properties (if not this exact one) again---hopefully with more family and friends!! Thanks again for a fantastic stay!!

My family, which includes 6 kids under 10, had a wonderful stay at 2922 Evans Drive. This was our first vacation home experience but will definitely not be our last. It surpassed every expectation we had, and made this the best and most relaxing vacation we have ever had. When we asked our kids their favorite part, most of them said it was the house. My family rented the house at 2918 Evans Drive in Doral Woods. What a place! The pictures of these homes do not do them justice. Our home was clean and well stocked. If the carpets and furniture are not new, they sure looked it. The very best part was walking out my bedroom door to the pool/patio. What a treat! <br/>Renting off the internet is scary, but do not worry an ounce about this home, Behlor Realty, and especially Michelle. All are fabulous. We booked a holiday home with Michelle, via the Internet. Her help and efficiency made it so easy to plan our holiday. After an exhausting day at the nearby theme parks, we had the pleasure of relaxing by the large pool and spa. What better compliment can I give you, my four year old son preferred the house at 2292 Doral Woods to Disney World. He could not wait to get back every day and go in the pool. The house was wonderful. Easy to find, very clean and spacious. We all enjoyed staying there, our only regret was booking it for only one week instead of two. Michelle was a real pleasure to deal with and without hesitation is being recommended to anyone we know who is visiting Florida. Through Michelle we rented the home at 4863 Kingston Circle in Montego Bay, and we highly recommend her. This was the 1st time we've utilized Michelle's services and second time overall we've rented a vacation home in the Orlando area.When we'll return we will definitely be using Michelle's assistance to rent another house. Trust me with 3 kids this arragements are far superior than being cooped up in a hotel room. It's very pleasant having a home away from home. What can I say about 2922 Evans drive but WOW we had such a great time staying in Doral Woods and it was a joy to not only stay there but it was so close to all the parks and far enough away after a long day of running around. my wife and I have three girls who just loved going to the parks and swimming in there own pool at the house. The house was clean and dealing with Michelle was a pleasure. she called to see how things were and how we where doing. the only thing that did not work for us was the Food package that we had ordered but besides that it was a great home and vacation.We will be going back at some point and renting that house again.

This is our second year in a row staying at 2922 Evans Drive and it was fantastic...again. <br/>It's like having your own luxury vacation home and much more economical than a hotel. We'll never stay in a hotel again. <br/>The house is absolutely beautiful with everything you would ever need. Some of the amenities that we really enjoyed at this particular home were the gas barbecue grill, the CD player system with speakers in all the rooms and outside on the lanai by the pool, large pool with waterfall and underwater lights, the jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite. I could go on and on. Oh, and this home has 2 king-size master suites. <br/>Michelle is wonderful. We had a small concern while there and she came right out to check on us and make sure our stay was wonderful, which it was. <br/>I have recommended Behlor Realty to all my friends and family and will definitely be renting from them again for future vacations in Florida.

We stayed in 2921 Evans Drive on the Doral Woods development in Kissimmee. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, secure and precisely what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed our stay at 257 Churchill Ct.The house and floor plan was great and the pool was an added bonus. It was very comfortable and relaxing and I felt like I was at "home away from home".The neighbors were friendly too. The only downside is I wish it was a little closer to the Disney World area(It took a 1/2 hour to the freeways).

Our family had decided to rent a home for the week for our vacation to Disney World. My daughter handled the details with Michelle, who made the whole process very simple. We stayed at 2916 Evans Drive and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything you can possibly need is provided: fully stocked kitchen, linens, clean-up supplies, washer/dryer, and entertainment. Entertainment includes TV (in all rooms), DVD, games for the children, and the beautiful, safe and secure, pool. It was great to come back "home" after our day at Disney World to this nice quiet neighborhood and have a barbecue and a dip in the pool. In August 2002, I was one of eight Tupperware Ladies who attended our National Convention in Orlando and chose to stay in a Vacation Home instead of a hotel. Searching the "Net" I came across Behlor Realty and contacted Michelle who was able to place us in a beautiful home at 2400 Regent Way in St.James Place. We were so impressed with this wonderful experience, we all decided we never want to stay in a hotel again. The home was immaculate and so comfortable we felt right at home. It was great to be able to return in the evenings from meetings and be able to relax in a pool that wasn't "CLOSED", discuss the days events without having to find a place we could all sit together, and even fix a snack without having to "wait for a table". After twenty-seven years of attending conventions in Florida, I am glad to have finally found the right place to stay. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
