My husband and I just stayed at your lovely villa. It was very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The pool was warm and the neighborhood very nice for casual walks.The community pool area was really nice with a play area for children. There was a good selection of paperbacks and games and toys for kids. It was a bit of a ride to the beach, but that really didn't bother us much, but plan on a good 30 minute ride to the beaches. It was an excellent vacation. My only suggestion would be to make the grill and bikes available to renters.

Awesome place to stay

Myself and my husband stayed in the Villa for one week as part of a four week holiday in Florida in December. As this was towards the end of the holiday it was exactly what we needed, an excellent base to travel from with all the comforts of home such as fantastic kitchen and massive TV to come back to at night. As we had been eating out a lot for the past weeks we used this villa to its full and cooked all breakfasts and evening meals, there was every single cooking utensil and pot and pan that we could ever need. There are also lots of plates, cups, glasses etc which meant we could keep loading the dishwasher until it was full. The sole use of washing machine and dryer for a whole week was excellent. <br/>The location of the villa was excellent for us for visiting Tampa, Treasure Island, Sarasota etc and we had wonderful days at Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island which were new to us and wonderful finds. <br/>This villa would be plenty big enough for two families or a few friends and could not really be any nicer. The major plus points for us were large HD TV with hundreds of prime TV channels and a fully stocked book case which came in handy just as I had run out but mainly the peace and quiet of the area. The estate is very beautiful and appeared very safe, the neighbours even questioned a driver who was waiting to collect us as to why he was hanging about. <br/>I can not really think that anyone would not love and enjoy this property as a base for a week or so and would recommend it especially as part of a holiday in Florida combining with staying somewhere more central to the heart of things. We visit Florida most years and would not hesitate to rent this property again or to recommend it to others. <br/>Thank you Richard for your help in making the booking process so easy and your friendly correspondence.

Perfect home away from home

We had a FANTASTIC time! We LOVE the villa and the heated pool. The house is perfectly tidy, well equipped and so lovely decorated (I really want to have the blue stars on the kitchen walls in our own house). And it is pretty spacious. <br/> <br/>As we love to watch TV, large the flat screen and the endless variety of programs really is a pleasure as well as the TV in the master bedroom! Honestly, we are very picky perfectionists, and we truly can say that this lovely house is perfect and grants amazing vacation. Of course we treated the house very well and carefully. <br/> <br/>The location is peaceful and quiet, with Wal-Mart (24 hrs!) only 2 miles away to get Ben & Jerry whenever you want! The only sound we heard were the birds in the early morning. Ellenton Outlet can be reached in only 15 minutes – great for bargains (ladies, just think of all the shoes…!)! <br/> <br/>We thank Richard for renting us this luxury house and for his kind and professional service - we had a great time and we will definitely return! BTW,the lady from the Universal vacation management company was very nice and friendly, helpfully providing us with tons of information. <br/> <br/>It is a home away from home. Can't wait to come back soon!

Hi Richard, <br/> <br/>Just back from Florida and though I'd just drop you a quick line to say how much we enjoyed staying at your home in Bradenton. A well appointed and equipped villa, and a great location to explore Bradenton, Sarasota and the gulf coast beaches. <br/> <br/>The pool area was great for relaxing after a day out, with the kids also enjoying the large HDTV and choice of cable channels. We also like the quiet area at the front of the house with a good choice of books to relax and read in the evening. <br/> <br/>Helpful management company around check in, giving us good ideas on shopping, dining and oither attractions. Plus of course your help in advance with maps and guidance on the best beaches. <br/> <br/>We'll certainly recommend your house to friends looking to stay in the area. <br/> <br/>Regards,

Great Rental, Great Location

The home is beautiful and the kids loved the pool. It is well furnished and equipped. VERY spacious. Honestly, two families could easily stay here with plenty of room. We took the pool heat and it was very warm and comfortable. Nice space around the pool with 4 lounge chairs and a full table and chairs to have outdoor dinners. You get morning and mid-day sun which was very nice for our Feb vacation. <br/> <br/>We had a great day and lunch on Anna Maria island. We went to Disney one day and Downtown Disney another day. We visited Busch Gardens. We spent one afternoon on Siesta Key Beach. And we had a fun day at Johns Pass near Madeira Beach. The weather was warm four days and cool but very sunny the last two. All in all the weather worked out well for us. <br/> <br/>I fished early several mornings and a few evenings. Despite the poor fishing due to the unusually cold water, I was able to catch enough to keep things interesting. Flounder, Blowfish, Pinfish, and quite a few Ladyfish which are very exciting to catch. Most of my action was down in the Siesta Key area which was only about 15 minutes away. Good shore and pier fishing is close at AMI (city pier and Rod and Reel pier), the causeway through Palma Sola bay, the Skyway piers, several spots in Siesta Key, Harts landing in Sarasota, and the Green Bridge in Palmetto. These are all places where you can be fishing within 20-25 minutes from this house. No boat needed. Honestly, you have to go out on the Skyway at least once. You could catch just about anything there and I saw big rays and dolphins when I was there. <br/> <br/>We enjoyed your location not only because it was very peaceful and quiet, but it was very centrally located and convenient to travel to the various attractions mentioned. Disney is exactly 1:30. Busch 1:00 AMI 20 minutes. Siesta Key 15 Minutes. Tampa Airport 1:00. Fishing on the Sunshine Skyway pier, 20 minutes. <br/> <br/>Great Lunches on AMI at AMI City Pier. Great atmosphere, great Grouper and shrimp. Not expensive. <br/> <br/>The Super Wal-Mart is only about 2 miles away for groceries and anything else you need (24 hrs). <br/> <br/>The owner is very well organized and provides you with all the information and directions you need to get there from the airport. Very easy to find. If you have a GPS, the address takes you right into the driveway. <br/> <br/>Thanks and we hope to visit again sometime soon.

You can really do it all from here ! <br/>Once again the heated pool is a big hit with everyone and as it gets sun pretty much all day long there is no better way to relax than sitting on a lounger and cooling off from time to time in the pool then taking a cold drink.

Wonderful Villa in Bradenton

This villa is all that it claims and more! <br/>The set-up of the house with two living areas and the master bedroom set off to one side a bit offers a lot of room and privacy. <br/>The furniture is comfortable, the house is clean, and the amenities are many. <br/>Although it was too cool to enjoy the lanai and pool as we would have liked to, it would be very inviting in warmer weather. <br/>The area was very convenient to beaches, restaurants, shops etc. <br/>We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again without hesitation!

Owners Response: Really pleased that visitors to this home consistently remark about the cleanliness and comfort. There is ample space within the living rooms for quietly relaxing with a book whilst the kids watch tv or sports on the HDTV. Once again the convenience to the beaches, restaurants and shops means there is always something to do within a short drive from the villa. It's why people keep coming back year on year.

Lovely villa,spacious, well equipped,great location,loved the decor we all felt at home as soon as we entered.Pool area is great for relaxing and the kitchen perfect for those meals at home although plenty of restaurants within easy reach,there's also an extensive library so you can chill out with a good book!.Beaches within 30 mins drive,good shopping 15 mins away at ellenton mall(you may need an extra case) and the obvious attractions of orlando 1hr20 mins and busch gdns 45 mins away.We called the management company on two occasions for minor things and both times they responded immediately which was very reassuring and helped with our holiday experience.We would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the area and if asked if we would return the answer would definately be YES!.Thanks again richard for letting us share your home.Steve darbyshire & famliy

Hi Richard, <br/> <br/>I just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your lovely home. It was so relaxing to come back to it every day after we had been out and about. It was great that it had 2 areas to sit and relax in--the men could watch t.v. and the girls could read in the comfortable area at the front of the house. We have been to Sabal Harbour before and love the area, so this was perfect. We made good use of the pool and really enjoyed sitting out on the spacious lanai. <br/> <br/>I also wanted to let you know that the management company that you have is wonderful. When I went to give them my credit card as a security deposit, I mentioned some things that we noticed when we arrived, so they wouldn't think that we had done them (ie. broken coffee pot lid, broken cupboard door). I certainly didn't expect them to do anything about these things, I just wanted to let them know. The lovely woman there, gave us a new coffee maker on the spot. She was also very helpful in giving us maps and brochures for things to see in the area. The next day a gentleman came by and took away the broken kitchen cupboard door. He then returned and reinstalled it the following day. We were very impressed. <br/> <br/>Again, I just wanted to say that both you and the management company have made this rental experience enjoyable and worry free :) <br/> <br/>Thank you so much, <br/> <br/>Susan and Family

Superb villa with heated pool

We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa has a central location...near to route 70 and 75, so everything was very easy to get to...including Disney World. The restaurants are endless, and spring training baseball games are readily available...even the Yankees and Tampa Bay are only an hour away. <br/>The villa is large, well maintained, and the owner is very accommodating. I would highly reccommend this villa to any of my friends. <br/>I forgot to mention the golf...there are many, many golf courses in the area,too...and, the shopping is great. <br/>Mary

If you are looking for comfort and the feeling of being in your own home try this villa! We really enjoyed the large rooms and well stocked kitchen! The neighbors are friendly and the pool is superb! Everything was laid out so all we had to do was take ourselves and clothes. Would recommend this home to my family and friends. Hope to go back again.

Fabulous,spacious Villa!

Our family of 4 (2 ads and 2 children aged 9 and 12) stayed here for two weeks after spending an exhausting week in Orlando. <br/>The Vlla is located in an ideal spot with clean, well kept gardens as well as a nicely equipped community area including large pool. <br/>The private pool and sundeck at the Villa is furnished, not only with sunloungers etc but also a super dining table and chairs! We rarely used the lovely indoor dining room as it was brilliant to be able to sit in the sunshine with a meal and a drink watching the children enjoyiing the pool. <br/>The living area is more spacious than I anticipated with the second lounge at the front being such a bonus for some quiet reading time for Mum! <br/>The kitchen is fully equipped-essential for us as we loved shopping at nearby Walmart and cooking delicious meals 'at home'. <br/>From the Villa, we travelled to Busch Gardens, Ellenton Mall, Sarasota and many beaches-all less than an hours drive away. <br/>We recommended the villa to our friends-who subsequently stayed too! <br/>Would definately book again!!!

Perfect for families!

Lovely villa - big enough for two families (we were 8 people). The perfect place for relaxing after a busy week in Orlando - the pool area is great, not only the kids spent many hours in the pool! The villa contains a lot of toys for the kids, dvd:s and books for youngsters and adults. The closest surroundings and the neigbours are very nice - you can really pretend that you live there for real... If you do want to leave the house you need a car - nearest supermarket is Wal-Mart Supercenter only 5 minutes by car, shopping at Ellenton Prime Outlets is 15 minutes away, about 35 minutes to Siesta Key which is a wonderful beach, Busch Gardens is about 1 hour away. <br/>We would love to go back and we would certainly recommend the villa to our friends. The house met all our expectations and more to that.
