This condo was perfection. The view was spectacular, the furnishings were beautiful, and the amenities in the condo as well as access to the property facilities made this a perfect get away for our family. The owners were prompt in their replies and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend it to others.

We just got back from our stay in this beautiful condo in Destin. It was immaculate...great decor, breathtaking view, great location, beautiful grounds. The leasing staff was outstanding. Several pools to use, minature golf course, basketball court, tennis courts...just a great place for couples or families. Definitely recommend it. <br/>Felicia

Would highly recommend the Summit Condo at Tops'L!. Cannot say enough about its cleanliness, extraordinary technologic and facility extras, the furnishings AND the VIEW. The entire resort is well kept, beautiful grounds, family friendly and romantic. The people were very friendly and polite. <br/> <br/>Everything IS just as it is pictured in the slideshow. No surprises. Convenient to many new shopping areas, fabulous restaurants, and access to private, immaculately maintained beaches with white sand and blue water. Blew Cancun, Ixtapa, and Puerto Vallarta away for my wife and I. Cannot wait to go again.

I realized this was the condo we stayed at last year when I found the Musical Tour that attracted us. The condo was what we had hoped it would be..just a gorgeous, serene haven. We had a young grandson who lives for fishing and were pleasantly pleased at the proximity to the fishing pier. Even an "old timer" like me can enjoy just sitting on the deck and enjoying breathtaking views in complete privacy. I can't recall the restaurants' names but do remember a great mango margarita. Look forward to returning.

Was looking for a relaxing view, got it..what a view!!did not want to be without my plasma tv and got one here..loved it..loved the feeling of being in a spacious area. What a way to relax sitting in the living room and enjoy the view. Comfortable beds, cute kitchen and stocked up very well, everything we needed, my husband even though we are on vacation loves to cook, a kitchen was a must. We felt very comfortable and it was exactly what we wanted..yes, we will be back..<br/>Just knowing the beach was so close for our morning walk was just a great therapy.<br/>The Virtual tour helped us to decide to come to this paradise..what would we do today without this tour? many times we have been dissapointed, but it is great to be able to view it firs.thank you...

The penthouse is breathtaking! I have some disability that doesn't afford me going to the beach. Sitting and enjoying cocktails in such a plush setting overlooking the sandy beaches and the Gulf is exactly what we needed. The place is exraordinary with magnificent appointments. Can't wait to go back!
