Best Holiday Ever

What can I say.... champion...... Hoilday of a life time and this villa was the perfect pad to achive it.
Location pefect for Disney and not to far for Seaworld or Bush gardens either. Brit guide under TV became our bible for whole holiday. My 2 year old son loved the pool and the open plan accomodation (plenty of room to run around)
Total value for money!!!!

Beautiful villa

Being our first time in America it was all a little worrying whether every thing was going to turn out ok. but as soon as we opened up the door to the villa we were absolutely thrilled!!
first of all the lay out was just amazing and so spacious...we kept ketting lost!Every thing was so spotlessly clean with every ammenity available in the kitchen.
We all loved the pool which was a perfect temperature for this time of the year. It had many pool toys to play with too.
The loation predicted was very accurate. Very easy to find the main parks just 10 to15 mins away...and all very close to many restaurants.
We just loved living in this superb villa for our holiday and have already told our friends and family about it.
We shall definately return in a few years

Lovely Villa

This was our second time staying in this area so we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The Villa is very roomy with a nice layout and is exceptionally clean. It is a lovley place to return to after a busy day at the theme parks situated in a quiet area, but very close to several supermarkets and restaurants.
The owners were very easy to deal with and provided good information prior to our trip so that everything went smoothly. The pool is of a good size and is well maintained. The games room provides a welcome relief from the heat and is a wonderful bonus when you have children. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family and friends.

First Time Villa User - Very Impressed

Although this was our 8th trip to Orlando, it was our visit villa experience. The villa was absolutely perfect for our party of 6 ( 4adults, 2 children). Everything was as desribed and owners ver easy to deal with. Very clean and well maintained and facilities were excellent.It was great to have so much space compared to hotel rooms, and of course the private pool is another great added attraction.
Always plenty to do in and around Orlando and the villa location is just a mile from I 27 / I 192 intersection. A car is a pre-requisite and you can get down to St Petersburg to catch a MLB match in just over an hour.
If you need to contact the UK a $5 Sprint phone card will get you 100mins from the villa phone.
Definately recommend the villa to friends and hope to book up again for next year.

Villa Highly Recommended

This was our first visit to Orlando - what better to arrive at this luxurious villa after a long flight. This place really is a 'home from home' and is highly recommended. The villa is spacious, clean, very well presented and is well-located. Walmart & Publix close by and good selection of restaurants available on Highway 27 and 192.

We visited between 26 May and 9 June 2009 with our boys aged 11 and 6. We all enjoyed swimming in the morning before venturing to the theme parks and back into the pool after an exhausting day - fantastic. The boys made very good use of the games room.

We also managed to fit in some shopping at the Premium Outlets (Interstate 4) and Florida Mall.

We had a great holiday and will be recommending this villa to family and friends and plan to be back again ourselves.

HAD A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY AT THIS VILLA. A BEAUTIFUL,LARGE HOME ,VERY COMFORTABLY FURNISHED.BUT THE EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM THE OWNER AND MANAGEMENT COUPLE WAS WHAT MADE THIS HOLIDAY PERFECT FOR US. THEY ARRANGED VERY REASONABLE TRANSPORT FOR US AS WE DID NOT HAVE A CAR AND NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM.I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH PERSONAL SERVICE AS THIS IN ALL MY TRAVELS.THE POOL WAS SO WELCOME AT THE END OF EACH EXHAUSTING DAY AT THE PARKS! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THIS VILLA TO FRIENDS AND WOULD LOVE TO RETURN SOON .

Lovely Orlando Villa - March/April 2009

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this immaculately clean, peaceful and spacious villa. In fact, it was one of the cleanest holiday places we have ever stayed in and we've stayed in a few ! The villa is conveniently located for all the parks, Walmart and Publix supermarkets and lots of restaurants. The management agents who live next door, and the owners are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Our boys particularly enjoyed the games room and when our subsequent villa on the Gulf coast didn't have a games room, they were very disappointed. The pool was lovely and good to come back to after a day at the parks .I would recommend this villa to any friends and family and overall we had a wonderful stay.

This was our first visit to Florida and we were not disapointed!!

The Villa was beautifully presented and lovely and clean, and so big!! It had everyhting that we needed. The swimming pool was lovely and warm, we loved comming back after a long hot day and jumping in!!

This being our first time we didn't know what to expect about the location of the villa, it was in an ideal spot, 15 mins from disney parks and about 25 for Seaworld (A must to visit) and Busch gardens. Really easy to find.

There are plenty of places to eat along the 192 and everyone is so helpful and really good with children (ours are 6 and 3).

A walmart and publix very close that has everything u will need.

The villa really made a difference to our holiday and the management were only next door should any problems arise (not that there were any!) and we would love to come back again(2 weeks isn't long enough!) and definatley recomment this villa to anyone!.

We had a wonderful holiday and have a lot of great memories can't wait to come back one day!!

Absolutely Marvellous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at the villa for 10 nights in late January to early Feb, upon arrival the villa was very clean and tidy with some very nice touches like the chocolates on the pillows!!!! The villa was very spacious and the pool and surrounding area were beautifully presented. The location is spot on, it takes about twenty minutes to get to the Disney parks and only another five to Sea World and Wet and Wild (but far enough out to avoid all the tourists)


There are loads of places to eat on the 192 into Orlando and you are only five minutes from Walmart, if you want convinience then there is a garage with a 7-11 two minutes from the house on the 27 with a great shop keeper called Sel who is an ex pat who can tell you all you need to know about the area.

My kids a 7 year old boy and a 12 year old girl loved the place. I would highly reccomend this property, the owners are are helpful and always quick to respond, the property management is next door so no worries if you need anything (highly unlikely)

Top place!!!!!

Lovely villa - very clean, spacious and comfortable - a really 'home from home'! Great location - close to supermarkets and resturants, only a short drive to Disney/Universal. Pool is great for relaxing after those long days around the parks. The owners maked book very easy and their management people in Florida were very helpful. We had a fantastic holiday and would certainly reccomend this property.

Florida Villa Holiday

This villa was everything we could have wished for and made this holiday extremely relaxing and enjoyable.
This was our 7th visit to Orlando in the last 12 years, but the first time we have booked a villa directly with the owner so was a little apprehensive about what it was going to be like. However we needn’t have been as the whole experience was first class from our first contact with the owners to spending two weeks staying at their villa. So thank-you Leigh and Paul for the use of your villa and your excellent service.
We would have no hesitation in returning or recommending this villa to our family and friends.
The description of this Villa does not do it justice. We particularly wanted a villa with a Lanai so as to enjoy the outside pool area at anytime of the day and shelter from the sun and rain (it does rain in Florida sometimes). You have to read the complete description to discover the existence of the Lanai (a photo on the site would be good).
It was well located and within a minuets drive of Wal-Mart and Publix stores so shopping for supplies was extremely convenient, also within an easy drive to many restaurants (Denny’s was a particular favourite) and all the other attractions Orlando has to offer.

Overall a very enjoyable Holiday and particularly made pleasant having chosen this villa to stay in.

This really is an excellent villa. The swimming pool area is excellent to relax in after the orlando hectic days and the pool table keeps the teenagers happy.Very well furnished.
Everything is nearby, easy to get to the parks, local restaurants and shops are excellent. All in all a great place to stay - we would certainly stay there again.

What a superb villa! Our fifth visit to Orlando, only just discovered this villa, would stay there again! Very large, beautifully furnished, wonderful swimming pool. Great to come back to after a busy day. Enjoyed the games room!
Exellent location for most attractions. Shops and restaurants nearby.

how beautiful and clean everthing is , beds , towels, sunbeds , pool table , everything just lovely and like brand new , there was nothing we wanted that you didn't have .thank you
ideally located in a very peaceful area we found , all parks just a short drive away , 2 mins from a supermarket and restraunts ,and not 5 mins from so much more
your pool area is so lovely and with twinkle lights too !!, great area to relax after a busy day we loved it out there !!
your villa made our holiday complete
