This apartment is in a superb location being right on the beach yet within walking distance of the main facilities in the town centre. The apartment is very spacious & well maintained and situated within a very peaceful lovely garden. You can bask in the spacious swimming pool and look out onto the lovely beach. An ideal location.Just across the road from the complex is a daily night market with plenty of stalls & lots of eating places.Hua Hin centre has plenty of restaurants & bars to suit everybody. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would go back there again. The staff at the complex were very friendly.

We had a great time in Hua Hin. Our two children enjoyed the pool and the beach very much. The appartment was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our review is short because English is not our mother tongue. Our holidays were in just one word: Great. We are looking forward to goint back to Hua Hin and especially to Baan Sanploen.

We visited Hua Hin and the apartment with our 2 and 5 year old children in October 2008 because we enjoyed the trip so much in 2007. It's unheard of for us to go back somewhere 2 years running so this is a real measure of how good nice town and especially the apartment is. Transfer from the airport is a crazy £60 ish each way in a luxery people carrier. For flights we recommend EVA Air. The people are friendly and the town is full of good restaurants and bars who are very child friendly. It was not unusual for the lovely people in shops and bars to entertain and occupy the children while we were there to give us some time off. They just do it, that's the way they are. The apartments are by far the best on the beach. Just outside the main town, about 10 mins walk with a buggy, so they are not too noisey and busy, opposite a laundry where you can get a black bag of washing washed and ironed for £8 (what an investment), just up the road from a newly built supermarket with everything you need including a deli counter and just off the main drag so getting a Tuk Tuk is easy. One of the best bits is coming in and out of the block. It's massively secure with a security gate at the front, patrols and security at the other end of the plot checking people coming on off the beach, anyway as you come in the main gate the security guys stand and salute you ! The children loved it, so did the wife. Either side the security is good too with sturdy walls. We felt the children were very safe. Ah, the pool. The landscaped pool is superb and the only one that overlooks the beach, it has a water slide and a water playframe thing for the children. We just played with them at the slide, it was great for adults and chidren alike. The pool is clean and has a seperate childrens shallow area again overlooking the beach. We purched ourselves between the 2 on the loungers. right where this photo was taken. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything that you would need, very secure and the balcony was safe, little ones would literally have to climb up and over to be in any danger. You can't quite see the sea from the balcony but you are overlooking part of the pool as it snakes around the apartments so it's good for nights in too. We were very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks there. Who knows, we may book again this year !!

The apartment had everthing we needed for a totally relaxing holiday. It was really 5 star in every way and being fully self contained meant we could stay in if we wanted and just enjoy being there. It was also very quiet which was great. The pools are lovely, overlooking the beach, and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

The most relaxing holiday we have ever had. The apartment is so nice that we treated it as a home rather than just a base, hence the relaxation. Only 5-10 minute walk to the many restaurants in town all offering excellent value for money. We enjoyed the pool at least twice a day every day and that adjoined the beach with bars and entertainment. A walk along the beach is also an alternative route to the Town. The fact we are returning this February is testament to our 100% endorsement of the apartment and Hua Hin for a holiday. I am hoping the WiFi is improved as I had to go to a corner of the grounds to get a signal. The railways are fun and cheap, this year we will travel up from Kuala Lumpur via Penang to Hua Hin and leave later via Bangkok.

My first time in Thailand and I enjoyed it so much I already knew I would be back. The apartment was in a great location, town centre for shopping and yet at the other side of the block you look onto a beautiful pool with meandering gardens which lead your eye to the sea and sand on your doorstep. Brilliant combination.
Nobody could be disappointed with the apartment. Spacious, slick and stylish... and although all mod cons in the kitchen there are just so many great (but inexpensive) eating places everywhere.
Everything was exactly as I expected, yet better. The whole complex is immaculately maintained and attention to detail is apparent. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.
