We had a great stay at this villa in October 2009. It is a lovely house - clean, tidy, light and airy. All mod cons (and more) in excellent condition. The big pool and jacuzzi were a fabulous and a real bonus for the children. Disney an easy 15/20 minutes away and all shops and restaurants easy to find and convenient. <br/>Allison was charming, helpful and very efficient. All in all a great holiday - strongly recommended.

Yet another heavenly holiday!

We couldnt wait to come back to stay in your beautiful villa again. It really is a home from home and some days we didnt even want to go out. <br/>Lots of shopping nearby and restaurants as well if you didnt want to travel far. And the new Posner Park only 5 mins away with Target, J.C. Pennys and the amazing Ross dress for less with bargains to die for!!! <br/>Aslo check out Dicks in the same place for amazing sports stuff!!! <br/>Didnt want to come home.

Fantastic Villa with excellent location

We have been to Orlando 10 times and have stayed in villas many times before. <br/>I loved the layout of this villa and the interiors were lovelly with a pool that gets the sun all day long. <br/>All my family loved it and we were very comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. <br/>Fantastic location and a small and very well looked after estate with lots of shopping nearby. <br/>I would recommend Allison,s villa to all my family and friends and hopefully will return again <br/>I would also like to thank Allison for all the information provided before we travelled <br/>Don't hesitate to book this villa as you will have wonderful time

Beautiful villa and excellent service

Stayed for nearly 3 weeks in July/August 2009. We used the villa as the base for our holiday and could not find fault with the property at all, lots of space, good position, very nicely furnished, and a great pool, the house has it all. It was just like being at home. The property is very well situated for all of the Orlando attractions but a little bit away so that you are not overwhelmed and your vacation can be whatever you want it to be. About 25/30 minute drive to the theme parks, less to downtown Orlando or you can just sit by the pool in peace and quiet .We had a flexticket which let you in to five parks for 14 days as many time as you like (Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Aquatica, Wet’n Wild, Seaworld). There are good restaurants nearby and it is only a short drive to the Kennedy Space Centre (about a hour). While we were there we were lucky to see the space shutle being towed back to its hanger after it landed. It is also not far to the Premium Outlet Shopping Centre which is a good mall for those who like to shop for designer clothes such as Ralph Lauren, Nike, Addias, Puma and many more.

Wonderful Villa Tuscali.

Just back to the UK after a fantastic holiday, perfectly complimented by your wonderful villa. <br/>Easily found off US-27 and minutes away from I-4, you will need a car to fully enjoy this property. You can be in the Disney area in 20 mins, Seaworld in 25 and Universal in 30. We would highly recommend Discovery Cove for a special occasion. <br/>The accommodation was as described; beautifully presented, exceedingly clean and well maintained. The area was exceedingly quiet, a blessed relief after the bustle of the parks. The outside/pool area was the focal point for our group, so welcoming after a hot day in the nearby attractions. We had to drag the kids from the pool to get them to bed on occasion! The bedrooms were well appointed, the kitchen lacked for nothing, even hairdryers were available (my wife and daughter express their eternal thanks!) and my son enjoyed putting one over on me on the pool table in the games room (37 frames to 33 over two weeks). <br/>Two large supermarkets were within 5 minutes drive (and a huge Walmart a further 5 minutes away in Haines City, south on 27), along with various fast food outlets if you couldn't muster the energy to cook. We would highly recommend "Chinese to Go" (who deliver) at the Walgreens complex and if eating out, we all loved Red Lobster and Outback Steakhouse. <br/>All in all, it was a pleasure to stay in this lovely home (it felt like one) and we were able to explore the parks and attractions at our own pace. Allison was extremely helpful before leaving with her ticket tips and extremely prompt in all her correspondence. Many thanks for all your help. <br/>I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Villa Tuscali to friends and family and would definitely use this gorgeous villa again if in the area.

Child Friendly and Luxurious Too

We stayed here in Nov 2008 and had a wonderful time - it is definitely a home from home. The villa has all you could wish for and is child/toddler friendly too although it still has a nice adult feel to it. The property was very clean and tidy with great facilities and luxurious furniture and fittings aswell. We would stay here again and have infact tried to rebook for this year but have already been beaten to it!

Holiday of a lifetime 2009

Arriving on 20th May and departing 9th June we have just had the most fantastic holiday in Florida staying at this villa. It is exactly as it is described and exceeded our expectations. The 6 people in our party ranged from 69yrs to 8 yrs and the villa served all of us admirably. The master bedroom is palatial and has a bathroom to match!!!. The villa is approx 20 mins drive from Disney entrance and there are loads of good places to eat on the US27 which is 2 mins from the villa. Plenty of shopping and supermarkets ( We used Publix at Champions Gate on the way to Disney - sells English newspapers etc). I have to say that for my first experience of the US, I am glad I came across this website. From the first enquiry E-Mail to Allison the owner, everything was handled by her in a first class and friendly manner. All instructions, directions and the many tips she provided were of valuable assistance to us. I would definitely recommend this property to my best friend and we hope to return in the next few years. Thanks Allison for a fab holiday.

Fantastic Villa & Pool in an ideal location.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa in Davenport with us. We were going to stay on one of the Disney resorts and we are so pleased we chose your villa instead. <br/> <br/>The villa had everything we needed, beautifully clean and just as you described it to us. It was a peaceful haven away from the noise and bustle of the Disney parks. Our five year old granddaughter Emily preferred to be in your pool rather than at Magic Kingdom! Although when we finally got her out of the pool she had a wonderful time at the resorts. <br/> <br/>The location of the villa meant that we only had a short journey to all of the parks and that was important at night when we were returning after a day at the parks and watching the fantastic firework displays. <br/> <br/>Allison could not have been more helpful with information about the villa, the area, tickets for the park and directions to and from the villa. <br/> <br/>Thank you so much for a holiday we are sure we will all always remember. We will not hesitate to recommend Villa Tuscali and its owners.

Wonderful vacation

The villa was easy to find and lived up to our expectations in every regard. The outside space was fantastic, with plenty of room to sunbathe and a great pool (much larger than some villas offer). The kids really enjoyed coming back for a swim after busy days out. The living space was very comfortable and offered everything we required. <br/> <br/>Location-wise, the villa has easy access to both highway 27 & I-4 which quickly take you into the Disney areas. Champions Gate golf resort, with its shops and restaurants is right on the doorstep and well worth checking out.

w e stayed at alisons villa for 3 weeks it is a fantastic villa with lots of space a lovely large pool deck and pool we took two teenage boys with us who had a fantastic time the villa is well equipped even down to sandwich boxes if you want to pack a picnic for the parks easy access to the parks through champions gate very peacefull and lovely area to stay in we will be recommending to our freinds and family. And hopefully returning there ourselves.

The description given for the property was excellent, the web site is very descriptive & if anything does not do the property full justice. <br/>The directions to the property were excellent & actually identified a shortcut to the route I have taken on previous visits which saved me around 10 mins per journey each way. <br/>On arrival the property was clean & well maintained, the only concern was to keep it looking that way during our 3 weeks with 3 under 7's. <br/>I would definatly recommend this property. <br/>The customer service from the owner was excellent, any questions asked were dealt with promptly & helpfully, the owner even notified us of an offer at Disney for park tickets which saved us a considerable amount of money. <br/>During our stay we covered all Disney & Universal / Sea world parks including water parks. As usual the parks were amazing but i would like to recommen the newly opened Aquatica, this is by far the best water park in Orlando! <br/>The house offers very suitable catering facilities although the fire alarm can be irritating in the kitchen area. <br/>We dined out on several occasions with our favourite restaurants being The Olive Garden & Tony Romas.

A Beautiful peaceful haven

Thankyou so much for the opportunity to stay at your lovely villa, it was really beautiful and so well maintained. It is sometimes difficult to tell when looking at villas online if the standard is good or not but everything was exactly how it looked in your photos. We will not hesitate to use it again and have already told lots of people about it. We have on the 3 previous occasions in the States stayed in hotels and it was only this time that we decided to choose a villa. Although we rattled around a bit as it was only us two it meant that we could truly relax and enjoy the weather without constantly walking around the parks every day. We also met the pool maintenance people who were very helpful and friendly.
