This house fits the discription perfectly. Minutes from Joondalup and the beach. This house had all the features that you would want and need on holidays. The owners proffesional approach and friendly service made our stay a pleasure. Would definately come and stay again.

I Would just like to thank Mark on his efficiant and friendly approach to helping us with our holiday. The house was beautiful to stay in and required little effort on our part. The location was perfect close to the beach and with the shops right round the corner. With the resort within walking distance, a sundower was offen enjoyed. Mark is a gem arranging not only car hire but transfers. Would recommend this property anytime. Thanks Mark

Great house - our family had a lovely time and had no complaints. Home was very clean and welcoming. The kids loved being close to the beach, was rather hot. Recommend Mindarie Marina nearby and also Hillarys Marina, both lovely days out. <br/>Great service from owners, we arrived at a date slightly different to initially thought and they were flexible and happy to accomodate us. on't go near this place, the place is falling apart. It is dirty and old. we spent a day cleaning the house before my wife would sit down to eat anything. In 2 weeks we had to call 5 times for repairs and maintenance on the place. Pool is not heated, and cleaner was broken throughout the whole time we were there so we could not use the pool. Half the light bulbs needed replacing. Fans broke down and needed replacing. There is no AC in this house. Carpet was filthy. Dishwasher broke down on last day. Spent half my time talking to contractors and waiting for them to arrive and fix stuff. The owner did the bare minimum and did not attend to any of the appointments himself, we were left to arrange them, and there were a lot over the 2 1/2 weeks. This is not really a holiday home, more like a shabby furnished rental. Lacks basic holiday stuff like a BBQ (owner refused to give me a gas bottle, said it was an HSE risk), limited plates and cutlery, no beach gear, cooler, or bikes or anything holiday related. Stay away from this place. <br/> <br/>Repair visits <br/>Day 1 - pool man and electrician - power out in half house <br/>Day 2 - pool again - issue not resolved <br/>Day 3 - maintenance man to replace about half the light bulbs - I don't mind replacing the odd bulb but this was half the house. <br/>Day 5 - electrician to assess broken bedroom fan <br/>Day 7 - electrician to replace bedroom fan <br/>Day 20 - dishwasher broken, with last load of dishes, gave up at that point

We would highly recommend this holiday rental. The house has all the comforts of home with the added bonus of a pool and enough room for the whole family. The owner is just a phone call away when needed. It's close to the beach, shops and golf course. The city is a half hour away on the freeway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay there again. Thanks again Mark! Claire & Henry

Great house,Very big with a large pool and within easy reach of shops and transport,we really enjoyed our stay here,The garden area is big enough to relax in with a trampoline for your energetic kids, The photos and description are very accurate,All in all highly recommended as a holiday home for a family to relax in while they take in the fantastic city of Perth and its surrounding areas,You will need a car but most northern areas are between 5 and 20 mins drive while i got to Rockingham in about 55 mins the great beach of Mullaloo is only about 10 mins and Hilarys harbour about 15 mins,Mark was great to deal with and made us feel right at home,So thanks Mark we had a great time and im sure your future customers will be just as happy. <br/>J R....
