We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great pool, hot tub, spacious rooms, clean facilities, and a lovely view. It was a nice vacation for all ages as we ranged from age 2-60 yrs.

Best place we have ever stayed at!

A week in this beautiful property was not long enough! Everything was wonderful and more than any other property we have stayed at! Fishing from the dock was very successful and we could even watch dolphins swimming down the canal. Looking forward to coming back again!

Great Value for Your Money - Excellent Equipment

This amazing home is by far the most beautiful vacation home we have ever stayed in. The luxury villa is immaculate with an outstanding equipment. We loved to cook in this kitchen - equipped with professional cookware - uncomparable to any other places! The house, pool and garden were very well maintained and clean. The TV/audio system is great. The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of space for 2 families. The Villa is in a great location and the view above the intersecting canals is outstanding. The infinity pool is another unique feature of this villa. The owners were very friendly and helpful. We got great support in renting the boat. We went to Coya Costa State Park, to Sanibel and Captiva and were pretty often lucky to see so many dolphins.
As we felt at home straight away and everything was excellent we would highly recommend this gorgeous villa to anyone looking for a luxury vacation home. We cannot wait to come back!

Best Value Vacation House for your Money

We had a wonderful time in this lovely home. You are not missing anything in this house which is located in a very nice neighborhood.The poolview and pool and was great! It was very hard to get the kids out of it. We loved the great BBQ grill. The information book was extensive and very helpful. The exceptional owners are very helpful, friendly, and approachable... We would definitely like to come back.

Superb Property, Great Owners

My husband and I holiday in Florida every year and prefer to stay in a different villa each year.
The Caribbean Island looks wonderful on the website and lives up to the description.
The villa was spotless and had all of the amenities you could need.
The local manager was great. We met her on a previous property we rented and she is very friendly and efficient.
I could not believe how thorough the owners had been, they thought of everything and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
The villa is in a wonderful location and although has a property either side, it is private and quiet.
We were able to heat the pool and spa to whatever temperature we wanted and there were lots of pool toys in the outside pool storage.
This was the 8th time we have stayed in Florida and this house was the best we have stayed in for location, facilities and care provided by the owners.
We like staying in a different villa each visit but I think that we will have difficulty in finding another villa as nice as this. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone.

Das Domizil lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Betreuung vor Ort ist reizend und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Caribbean Island Grand Deluxe Urlaub verbringen.

Super Ferienhaus in Cape Coral

Wir haben in den Sommerferien 2008 in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verlebt. Es war einfach super und können es kaum erwarten wieder dorthin zufliegen.

Traumvilla

Wir-Familie mit 10-jährigem Sohn- haben im Juli 2008 drei Wochen in dieser tollen Villa gewohnt. Da wir schon mehrfach unseren Urlaub in Florida verbracht haben, überwiegend in Ferienhäusern, war unsere Erwartungshaltung entsprechend hoch. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Beschreibung und Bilder waren wirklich zutreffend. Es handelt sich um eine geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa, mit großzügigem Pool und Whirlpool. Die Lage an einem breiten Kanal ist zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Auch die technische Ausstattung, u.a. WLAN, läßt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nette und freundliche Betreuung durch den Eigentümer, sowie durch die deutschsprachige Hausverwaltung vor Ort. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Sommer, den wir wieder in diesem tollen Haus verbringen werden.
