Guest Book: We have stayed in many villas over the last 10 years and this must be rated within the top 3. Wonderfully clean and very well equipped. Always good to have a very good working shower. The bed is comfortable as are the sofas. We returned from our 8 days at your gorgeous Villa on 11th July, what can I say the Villa is perfect the kids loved the box outside with pool toys and I think they donated a few of their own as well. The Car rental was great and we had no problems finding the Villa with your directions. We used the car every other day to go into Rojalesv for the Fiesta (Tylers restaurant was lovely), to Benjiofar as we had visited there last year (T Js did beautiful meals) and The Pub and The Games room took a few euros from my son on the Air Hockey and Pool table. We went into Guadamar on Friday night for the Hippy market (which kept my daughter happy as she bought lots of pressies for her friends) and went to Manolos the Panoramic restaurant at the Consum roundabout near Dona Pepa... We even went to the Dutch Complex and played Mini Golf (a couple we met gave us a booklet with a voucher for a free game for 4) and Ten pin bowling which kept my son happy....The other nights we walked down to the local pubs and Esmeralda ( Chinese) Spencers ( Steak) and The 9th Hole (Pub nosh) were all great I even had a wee go on the Karaoke... The Caddyshack was great for Lunch on the days that I couldnt be bothered making anything, and the Supermarket was reasonable with everything you could want. The pool at the Villa was beautiful.. we had it to ourselves most days but even when we didnt everyone was very pleasant and chatty... We being on Scottish skin colouring (blue) were grateful for the Gazebo and spent most afternoons relaxing with our books underneath it. Ann and John were very welcoming and helpful although as we had been in the area (Quesada) a few times we didnt ask much for directions or places to go although Ive no doubt any information would have been provided if needed. We usually try to go to differant villas every year although we do love the Quesada/Rojales area but we are very tempted to book your Villa again for next year will have to see how the recession continues but will keep an eye on the website for availability. <br/>In Case I havent said it already A big Thank you to Rob and Denise for allowing us to rent your beautiful Villa and I hope to be in touch in the future for another booking. <br/>I would recommend this Villa Holiday to all families and Couples looking for a Relaxing holiday with the Option to sightsee..... We stayed at the villa between 12 and 19 March 2008 and found it to be ideal for our particular needs. It was fully equipped and in good order. It was also extremely clean and in a good location. A car is essential, however there are a number of restaurants and other facilities available within walking distance. The shared pool is large, clean and very attractive to the eye with views over the golf course situated a short distance away. All in all a super week which was assisted by very warm March temperatures.

Thanks Rob and Denise for the loan of your lovely villa, it was very well maintained and spotlessly clean (thanks to Ann and John next door) and had everything you would need for a lovely holiday. You definitely need a car to get around but there is a lot to see and do, fantastic beaches even in the winter. We had some good food and would recommend any of the local restaurants. Only for the fact that we are moving to live in Spain we would definitely visit the villa again.

The Villa was welll presented and clean and the neighbours were very helpful espicially John and Ann. You do need a car, it was the first time I had driven abroard but the roads around the villa and surrounding villiages made it a pleasure. It was perfect for the quiet break that I needed and I look forward to going again.

We’ve had a lovely two weeks! Excellent weather, beautiful villa, met some very nice people, and especially great having John & Ann next door. We heartily recommend the North dunes end of the beach [Guardamar] which was much quieter and less commercial. The pool was great for us in the afternoon. We visited the Aquapark here [the small one in Quesada] which is a must if you have water-loving children (or big kid husbands!). All in all a very enjoyable break.
