Excellent property in excellent location

The flat was spacious, clean and well supplied with linens and utensils. The neighbors are very freindly and quiet. The flat is a short walk to a fresh market, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The sea is a short walk. Public transportation is within two streets. My wife and I were greeted, as scheduled, and all questions were answered promptly. We were provided answers to all questions about local facilities and with internet access. The apartment was even better than described then it looked online. We stayed two months and recommend it highly.

The only place to stay in Nice

This is a beautiful apartment, finished to a very high standard, in one the best locations in Nice. It is in a very safe area, only a few minutes stroll to the beach, food market, restaurants and shopping centre. Don't look any further just book it you won't be disappointed.

Very cice vacation - August 2008

The apartment was very nice. Lots of space and we all liked the way it was set up. Air conditioning in each room. We all thought it was worth the money spent and we were very pleased with it. Only thing was that during the night the street was very noisy with people yelling at 5 am in the morning. But is an external factor to the apartment itself and has to do with the fact that the property is conveniently located near the city center. Very nice vacation. We think we'll be back again next year.

Excellent location, close to the beach and only a short walk to the nightlife areas. clean and relatively quiet, nice big rooms, and a lot of shops, cafes + restaurants closeby

Modern, Stylish and Spotless

The apartment is modern, stylish, spotless and ideally located for the beach. It is also within easy reach of the old town and close to all the transport networks. It was a pleasure to wake up in such a beautiful place and a pleasure also to return to it after exploring the delights of Nice.

every report i read about this apartment was first class . my report is exactly the same only with the added bonus of picking up wi fi internet connection from the neighbouring hi hotel. the tip is to sit on either bedroom balcony.

Fabulous apartment in excellent location, beautifully furnished. Had a wonderful holiday here. Highly recommend area if you don't want to hire a car. Suitable for all ages and all tastes - restaurants, museums, beach, all within walking distance.

Great apartment in Nice

Perfect place to stay, 5 mins walk to beach, 2 mins great patisserie, 10 mins walk to old town and 2 mins bus stop to airport. <br/>This property was very well maintained, including a great welcome pack, Joy who met us was very welcoming. <br/>We went on a girls weekend, but equally I would take my partner and children,as the apartment and location was excellent and in a very safe area. <br/>Would highly recommend this apartment, I felt it was very good value for money and beautifully maintained, with great balconies for sitting and watching the world go by

The perfect location for the perfect apartment

My wife and I thought that if this apartment turned out to be only half as good as the wonderful photographs on the website, we would still have made a great choice. What a bonus therefore to find out what a lovely place this is, from the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious, cool, dining area to the beautiful, light sitting room, the wonderfully comfortable beds in the large bedrooms and the three balconies giving a choice of where best to sit out at different times of day. <br/>What the photographs cannot show, however, is the apartment's ideal location in the centre of Nice. Just a minute's walk west from the gorgeous Alsace-Lorraine Gardens, it is closer to the sea than anywhere in the Quartier des Musiciens and enjoys easy access to all the facilities of the Carré d'Or without the disturbance of the revellers at night. <br/>All the main attractions are within easy walking distance along a selection of attractive routes. This has the advantage taking a different way back from the way out and quickly feeling familiar with this exciting city. There are also several bus routes just a block away if you are coming back carrying full shopping bags. Perfect!

Great location

We spent a week at this apartment in July 2007. It easily accommodated our family - 2 adults and 3 children, and was very spacious and well appointed, the dvd player was a great hit, there are some dvds there, but its worth taking a couple too. <br/> <br/>Its location is fantastic - a couple of streets from the sea and beach, and close to a range of shops, bakeries and restaurants. It was easy to get around using the city and beyond using public transport. The children rated it as the best city they'd been to! <br/> <br/>Overall, an excellent apartment in a great location, definitely recommended.

Glamourously decorated flat conveniently situated

Had a really fabulous stay at this property. The photographs really accurately depict the interior - it is sleek, modern and glamourous and has two little balconies - very small but big enough to sit out in the sun with a chilled glass of rose! <br/>The flat is clean with a great supply of mini-shampoos, soaps etc. <br/>It is not on the sea front but is a very short walk from the Promenade Anglais (main sea front boulevade in Nice) just up from the Negresco hotel. The Old Town part is easy to get to - a pleasant, slightly longer walk or a very quick taxi ride. <br/>The entrance hall/stairway area of the building do seem a bit dated but the spectacular flat interior more than makes up for this. Besides, no one spends any time there other than passing through! There is a lift which is good as the flat is on the 4th floor. <br/>In short, it is a really smart flat ideally situated for getting around Nice. Had a great stay and hope to return.
