nice old barcelona flat, simple furnished, but you have all you need. 2 renovated bathrooms is advantage. Quiet location, no trafic on the street, near to city center by walk <br/>Akira is very helpful. I can recomend , it was a good choise!

We stayed in a very good appartment. Everything we needed was in the appartment. It was clean, and there are two bathrooms. <br/>It is very silent in they night,so you can sleep very good. No traffic! <br/>Underground nearby. <br/>The owner is very helpful, he will please you as mutch as possible. <br/>So,a very good place to be in Barcelona!

Excellent apartment for an excellent holiday!

Me & 5 friends stayed here in october 2009 for a week & had no gripes about the apartment. Very good location, close to the underground & even closer to the bus/coach station, making transfers to & from the airports much easier! Also very quiet area with a nearby supermarket for all your self-catering needs! Akira was very friendly & helpful & pointed out some useful & interesting places to visit! All in all, would not hesitate to come back. Good apartment for a great price! Thanks Akira!

L'appartamento è vicinissimo alla metropolitana (linea rossa L1), al supermercato e alla stazione degli autobus (bus per l'areoporto di Girona). In 10-15 minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere: l'Arc de Trionf, Parc de la Ciutadella e la Sagrada Familia. Per divertirsi: solo 5 minuti a piedi e c'è il Razzmatazz, se no 25 minuti o 2 fermate di metro e si è su la Rambla. <br/>L'appartamento ha 3 camere da letto, salotto, cucina, 2 bagni ed è comodo per 6 persone. I bagni, gli elettrodomestici e parte dell'arredo sono nuovi. La casa all'arrivo è molto pulita. Il propietario è davvero molto disponibile. La zona a prima vista può intimorire ma in realtà è molto tranquilla e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema neanche di notte.

A nice flat in a great location

The flat is located a very short stone's throw from the Central bus Station and just over a mile from the start of La Rambla to the west and also from the Olympic Harbour to the south. The flat is basic, but nice all the same and Akira is excellent help. He worked really hard to get a problematic internet connection working and gave us lots of guidance about Barcelona and its surroundings. <br/> <br/>Barcelona is a lovely City and I would recommend this flat ot anyone considering a visit.

Great location. If coming in from Girona, the airport bus practically pulls up to the apartment door. From Barcelona airport it's an easy 1 zone train ride. Having a bath and a half is a real plus. Both have just been remodeled. Decorating is spartan and kitchen needs more updating, but is very functional. New wifi has some kinks to be worked out - inquire if this is inportant to you. Akira is a great guy and always helpful. Ask him questions - he knows the answers. We wish we would have used his expertise more often. We will be staying here again!

appartment was perfect,english speaking landlord,20 minutes away from beach,ball ring,ect....,appartment was worth the money,i liked it that much i went back again and it was a lovely stay.

Great Place To Stay!

Our family stayed here May 2007. We received a warm welcome and the owner was very helpful and showed us the nearest shops/metro/bus etc.The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Ample space for a family.It was an ideal base for exploring Barcelona and not far from the beach! The Zoo and park in easy distance. A car was not necessary as the transport links from here were easy.We used the Tram as the kids loved it! A good shopping centre close to apartment made it a lot easier for self catering! We would definitely consider staying here again!

The apartment is very suitable for vacation in Barcelona, for those who prefer self-catering, and want to descover the main touristic sites of the city. <br/>The location is excellent, very close to the public transport system, that was extremely efficient amd impressive, and made it so easy to get around. We could walk or catch the Metro to everywhere. <br/>The kitchen was well fitted out with lots of little things on hand. <br/>The dinig-room is spacious and comfortable. <br/>The owner was very informative and helpful. <br/>We really enjoyed staying in this apartment and we will certainly be booking it the next time we return to Barcelona.
