Beatiful Balcony!

The balcony was beautiful, and also the tabel and chairs on the balcony. <br/>It was close to the subway station and there where shops around as a bakery and supermarket. <br/>A few things were broken, or didn't work: <br/>Maybe I expected more for 29 Eur person/night

Bij een volgende reis naar Barcelona zou ik direct weer ditzelfde appartement boeken. De ontvangst was zeer hartelijk met 2 flessen cava, aardbeien en een ananas, waar we dan ook van genoten hebben. <br/>De bedden sliepen heerlijk en we hebben ruim gebruik gemaakt van het terras, ontbijten in de zon ..

El piso esta muy bien comunicado -el parada del metro esta cerca y un taxi es menos de 10€ desde el centro. La terraza es fantastica tambien, sin embargo en invierno no se puede aprovecharlo tanto como en primavera o verano. Los malos son que el stereo es desde los ochentas y el television no tiene cable/digital. Ademas la segunda habitacion es muy pequeña. <br/> <br/>En total, no les dudas que los dueños son muy majos y complaciente. <br/> <br/>Os recomendo si tiene niños o quiere algo afordable.

Three women hit Barcelona

Dorothy, Christine and Jan decided to spend three nights hitting the cultural and shopping delights of Barcelona. We chose this appartment as it was in a quiet location, within easy metro link of all the sights we wanted to see. At the end of a long day, the balcony with seating and shade was a welcome place to relax over a glass (or two) of wine. Our stay was made even more pleasant by Carlos stocking up the fridge with everything we could need for breakfast, plus a welcome bottle of wine on arrival! The four flights of stairs meant you didn't want to forget anything on your way out, but our great host was there to help us in and out with our suitcases!

I can highly recommend the apartment. It is clean, has a fully equipped kitchen and very nice terrace. The location is safe and has a good connection to public transport and shops.

We have had excellent time in Barcelona, the owner was very helpful and the location was just perfect, very calm and close to the city center. Second room is a bit small but we just stayed there at night. The best: the sunny terrace to make romantic dinners with a glass of spanish wine and some musisc...Perfect!
