Just got back from an 8 day holiday spent in the casa mia villa and believe me it was the best i've stayed in. There are 6 adults in our group that have a 1 week adult get togeather every year in and around this area. We have never returned to any of the villas that we have stayed at before, but during this holiday we were already planning for a return visit to the Casa Mia next year.
The villa has everything you need for a quality self catering holiday and much, much more. We were knocking some fantastic home cooked meals out each evening, ranging from home made soups, authentic curries to spag bols and home made quiches. It was like being in your own kitchen, any utensil you needed was there.
There's a lovely dining area over looking the pool where we sat to eat our evening meals giving a romantic cosy atmosphere especialy when we layed the candles out.
The seating area outside was a real treat, problem was that it was that cosy, we weren't getting to bed till 4 and 5 in the morning and waking with some great hangovers.
The pool and Jaccuzi were great and the rooms were fantastic, offering privacy for all 3 couples having their owning bathrooms.
The villa is about a 10 minute drive from such as La Cala (offering a market on Saturdays and wednesdays and a beautifil beach) and Feungirola (which is supposed to have good night life). If you feel more adventurous you could drive to Gibralter which is roughly a 1hr 30 min drive (just follow the A7 to Cadiz)
What can i say apart from WELL DONE BRIAN for providing us with a quality break. (will speak to you in the near future)

One last thing, you must try the Pheonix Lounge and the chilli prawn tappas their doing. FANTASTIC
