nos 4 séjours à la Villa...et bientôt le 5ème!!!

Depuis que nous avons découvert cette villa, nous y revenons avec toujours autant de plaisir...2 fois par an! La situation idéale, le calme, la mer si proche et les attraits de la ville de Sète à deux pas, c'est idéal pour nous qui avons trois enfants . Les grands (11 et 8 ans) sont au skate park ou à la piscine en 2 minutes, la petite dernière (3 ans) pédale le long du lido en toute tranquillité! <br/>Lieu de vacances en famille idéal, villa très fonctionnelle, agréable et bien conçue, nous ne pouvons que la recommander. <br/>Excellent contact avec la propiétaire.

X-mas holiday in Sète at Villa Saint-Louis

Together with 6 friends of mine I enjoyed a wonderful X-mas holiday in Sète. The weather was sunny and the air warm. We enjoyed our staying at Villa Saint-Louis which we found very comfortable, tidy, new, with a nice sea view from its terrace, and with all the amenities. <br/> <br/>We enjoyed wonderful meals at the local restaurants where we had oysters and French white wine. <br/> <br/>The sorroundings of Sète are very nice and peaceful, with beautiful old towns, castles and churches. The nature is wild and preserved. <br/> <br/>I highly recommend a vacation in Sète, and the staying at Villa Saint-Louis

Notre séjour à la villa st louis

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa ST Louis en Mai 2008 et avons reçu un très bon acceuil. La villa est vraiment fonctionnelle, propre, avec du mobilier très "tendance" et très joliment décorée. la mer est vraiment toute proche et nous avons peu utilisé la voiture. la grande terrasse exterieure est très agréable avec ses 4 grands bains de soleil que nous avons utilisé même hors saison!.les enfants se sont régalés et nous aussi.Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine sans aucun doute!

Our experience at Villa St Louis

We went to Villa St Louis 1st week of August. We were 2 couples with 6 children age between 5 month to 5 years. <br/>We were satisfied with the quality equipment of the villa and its situation. It's really close to the beach and we could easily go there by foot with all the children. <br/>Nevertheless, we have been disappointed with the housecleaning which had been done VERY quickly after departure of the previous persons ( coffee filter still in the coffee machine, dirty toilets ) To sum up, nobody checked if the house was clean before our arrival or checked very quickly. Anyhow, the owner has reimbursed the cleaning without any problem. <br/>As a conclusion, despite the cleaning, place to be recommanded.

Owners Response: Thank you for sharing your holiday-rentals experience. <br/> <br/>We do realise that our housecleaner hasn’t checked the state of the house properly. As soon as we found it out we immediately apologise for any inconvenience caused. We also instantly took pro-active actions such as re-clean some part of the house, offered to the travellers to clean the house free of charge when they left our villa. Furthermore since this mistake did happened a “cleaning procedure” has been implemented to avoid and to not come across this kind of uncomfortable situation in the future. <br/> <br/>We would like to thanks our renters to have recommended Villa Saint Louis despite the cleaning accident which has occurred during their arrival.”

LA NOSTRA VACANZA A VILLA SAINT LOUIS

Siamo arrivati a Sete perché un nostro caro amico ci ha consigliato questo posto,la cittadina é molto bella,e la villa in cui abbiamo soggiornato altrettanto. Una villa di nuova costruzione, molto bene arredata e con terrazzo vista mare, molto ben pulita e con comode stanze ;la raccomandiamo vivamente anche per il suo ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza gentile e personalizzata da parte dei simpatici proprietari, molto attenti alle nostre esigenze.Da Sete si ha la possibilità di muoversi bene in tutta la regione e verso la Spagna;abbiamo effettuato in giornata delle belle escursioni a Carcassonne , Avignone, Nimes.Insomma abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana in queste feste di Capodanno.......penso che primavera ed estate sia anche molto bello perché il mare é proprio a due passi da casa.

Deutsch-französische Familien im August 2008

Auch wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Villa st Louis verbracht.Wir sind eine bi-nationale Familie mit 2 Kindern und eine befreundete deutsche Familie mit einem Kind. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut in direkter Strandnähe. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und funktional. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit der Sauberkeit des Hauses bei der Ankunft. Das Problem ist dem Vermieter allerdings bekannt und er versprach Besserung. Fernsehen war leider auch nur eingeschränkt möglich, da das französische digitale terrestrische Fernsehen (TNT) nur schwer zu empfangen war. Satellitenfernsehen (und somit auch ein deutsches Programm) war bis dahin noch nicht möglich. Hier sollte ebenfalls nachgebessert werden. <br/>Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt allerdings sehr zufrieden. Das Umland lädt zu herrlichen Ausflügen ein.
