Clean, very good location and perfect vacation!

My sister is from Brazil and she always comes to spend her vacation with her kids in Orlando,FL. This time we saw this townhome and we contacted the owner. The owner (Maria) was a such nice lady that gave us all the information, maps,shoppings addresses...everything! And the house...dont need to tell...It was neat! My sister said besides clean, it was in a perfect location! She said much more space than hotels...very nice swimming pool...kids loved it! She is already planning for the next year! And for sure she said she will stay again at the same place! Thanks Maria!!!

Our First trip to Florida

It was everything we thought it would be and more!!! The townhome was very clean and spacious. The resort was nice and quite. We spent alot of time around the beautiful pool. My daughter loved the slide. The pool side b.b.q. was great! They had it fri-sun afternoon. You are in walking distance to resturants, shopping. Our first night we ate at Apple Bees great food and friendly staff. The staff at Regal Palms were friendly and helpful. They have internet there and it is FREE for 15 min.at a time. We went to Magic Kingdom had a Blast it is only a 10 min drive. I will be recommending this property to my freinds and family!!!

2 week break March/April

We thought the town house was great/clean and had everything we needed to a enjoy a two week home from home holiday. Would of prefered to of had use of the safes that had been locked out by Regal Palms and the fan in the master bedroom wasn't fixed to the ceiling properly so could only have it on low.The management company did try there best to fix this and was always available at the end of the phone to help out with any other quieries. Six of us shared the house and was ample space to accomodate us though it does say it sleeps upto ten,I personaly think you'd struggle for seating space in the living area comfortably and It could feel rather crowded. Location wise was good within the complex, two min walk to the pool/reception/shop ( pool area was fab, the kids loved it, perticulary the lazy river and slide, though busy holidays you'd need to be early to get a sunbed or seat ) fifteen min walk to supermarket/restaurants ( Would reccomend the Apple Bee's restaurant with a bogof on most drinks and great food ). Also five mins away from Disney and about twentyfive mins to Universal Parks. We would defenatley reccommend the house to a friend.

My management company do a great job, and will certainly be looking into the fan further when the home is not booked out, so they can get better access without inconveniencing guests. Unfortunately the safe issue is an ongoing one that Superior, the resort owners, left me with when I left their management, and I have now removed the 'safe' from the listing. The management do give you access to the owners cupboard, though, so you can lock valuables away.

Fun in the sun

We went to Florida mainly to visit the theme parks, but Regal Palms provided plenty of fun on it's own, with the pools and lazy river - we struggled to drag the kids away. Disney was just 15 minutes away, and there is a supermarket and restaurants just at the end of the road. The home was excellent, well maintained and clean. Was worried about not having on site management, but pleasently surprised by the speedy and helpful assistance given by the property manager. Would definately reccomend this property to anybody thinking of taking a holiday in Florida. Thank you to the owner for such an easy and hassle free rental. John.

We really enjoyed our vacation here. The unit was very clean & had all the home essentials. Not far from area attractions. The resort is well kept & clean. The bonus here are the poools & the lazy river, kids had a blast. Looking forward to next year's visit!

Our last family holiday

As this was our last family holiday as my children are now young adults we wanted a nice holiday together. We found your property catered for all of our needs. It was clean, spacious had all of the homely facilities that you have at home! Basically its home from home. Supermarket literally minutes away, pool area was great for my grandchild. We have had such a lovely time and we would like to thank you very much!!

Comfortable townhouse on very nice resort

We rented this townhouse in april 2008 and it was just as discribed by the owner. Clean and well- maintained. The resort staff was very friendly en the pool was perfect for our children. All Disney parks, Seaworld, Universal studio's etc etc are within 20-40 minutes drive. If you want to enjoy a holiday and combine visting the parcs and relaxing at he Resort pool this is the perfect place.

The house was really clean and very comfortable beds. Was lovely to have such space after being in a hotel room for a week with the kids!! Only 15 minutes drive to the Disney parks, nice and easy. Supermarkets, resturants all 5 minutes away, and within walking distanceThe pool area is a 3 minute walk and is gret, slides, lazy river, the kids choose NOT to go Disney one day and spend the day at the pool they enjoyed it so much!! The golf course was minutes away they were most helpful. We can't wait to go back!! It's a real find!!!! We have been telling our friends all about it!!
