We stayed in this villa in October and had a wonderful holiday. <br/>The villa was very clean and tidy and the owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to any queries about home prior to travel and always seemed keen to be as helpful as possible and swift in response to cheques and deposits - excellent service. <br/>The location of the villa suited us perfectly for Disney and it took us ten minutes from door to gateway of Disney - which was great. As we travelled along 192 to our destination there were more than enough places to eat breakfast, dinner or tea. The Walmart was just 5 mins away too so this was an added bonus. <br/>Enjoyed the games room and felt comfortable in bedrooms and lounge. It was handy having the laundry facilities on the same floor as bedrooms and dressing areas. The tvs in each room were also a hit. <br/>Everything was well maintained and really have no grumbles. The listings accurately described the villa and there were no surprises. <br/>The pool was big and clean and had sun morning til around 2. <br/>All in all I would recommend the villa to family and friends.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the pool and the game room. Paul and Jean went out of their way to make our vacation wonderful.

Hi Paul & Jean, <br/>Having just returned from our holiday, we just had to say what a lovely villa you have. Located close to Disney (10mins) and Seaworld, Universal (20mins). The 9 hole Golf course around your villa was good value, at only $18 including cart & clubs, the other Golf course across the road was only $18 for 9 holes including two holes 8 & 9 across lakes.The 19th Hole at the entrance to Esprit is a good watering hole, they sell Guiness and a good variety of drinks.Thankyou for ringing, to make sure everything was ok on our arrival. <br/>Mike & Elaine

a beautiful house, very clean in a quiet road. immacultely presented. we went with our teenage boys aged 16 and 19, we thoughly enjoyed the private pool and we all had fun in the games room, which was great for the times it rained. good location for attractions/shops/restaurants etc. owners were extremely helpful. we had a wonderful time and we would definately recommend this property, we will be rebooking for our next florida trip.

A great place to stay

We had a really good time in this house. It is VERY comfortable, well-equipped, and conveniently sited. The directions made it easy to find, and you really are just a 10 mins drive from Disney. If you haven't driven in Florida before, relax - getting to the attractions from here is easy. We were a party of 5, and we had loads of space to spread out in. Our daughter loved being in the Disney room, and wanted to take all the cuddlies with her. We only had time for one dip in the pool, which was a nice temperature after the heat of the day, and was a lot of fun. We also enjoyed a quick use of the games room, and if you are planning a week or fortnights trip, this would be a great place to unwind and have some family fun tournaments in the evening. We will certainly be back to this villa next time we go to central Florida, and our only regret this trip was not having enough time to fully appreciate all it has to offer. Jean also called us to make sure we had arrived safely and had found everything, which was a nice touch. All in all, book this villa and you will definately not be disappointed. Enjoy!!

stayed at this delightful property in june 2009 <br/> <br/>the villa was large and airy and most importantly very well maintained <br/> <br/>the bedrooms where very well presented and spotlessly clean and the beds where very comfortable <br/> <br/>the pool area was an ideal size and the sun shone on the pool deck from around 7am until well into the afternoon <br/> <br/>the pool was also well maintained with weekly visits by the pool guy to clean and check water quality etc <br/> <br/>the villa is situated at the west end of the '192' just south of the junction with highway 27, and is well positioned for travelling to both clearwater (90mins) and cocoa (60mins) beaches <br/> <br/>the theme parks and major shopping malls are all easily reached within a 10 - 20 min drive <br/> <br/>there is a huge walmart less than 2 minutes drive from the villa, a publix, mcdonalds, kfc and pizza hut to name but a few are all within the same distance, so no long trecks for supplies <br/> <br/>the games room in the garage is a great distraction of an evening when you want to just kick back and relax with a cold beer and have some fun <br/> <br/>cable tv to living room and all bedrooms is also a bonus as some villas only have them in the lounge and master beds. <br/> <br/>overall this villa was excellent and i would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone <br/> <br/>happy holidays

florida springtime holiday 2009

Another fantastic Florida Holiday made so by the perfect accommodation. It felt like we were going home. Took our 22 year old daughter and boyfriend with us. There is plenty of room for us to have our own space. The house is on a quiet estate set in a relaxing area a few minutes walk from a beautiful lake. This is the only house we have stayed in where there is no background traffic noise. We relaxed by the pool watching the birds and squirrels. The games in the garage are are a new addition which kept our daughter and boyfriend amused - so they are not just for little kids - we even had a go ourselves. New restaurant - the Longhorn - had just opened. 5 minutes from the house. This is the best steakhouse ever. The house still looks like new and cared for. The wow factor is there as soon as you open the front door. Looking forward to booking for 2010. Owners Paul & Jean are very friendly and always give curtesy phone call on arrival.

The Selbyites Marilyn Drive experience

Our family know Paul and Jean in the UK. They told us about their home in Florida. It sounded great but it was even better in real life. When arrived at the property we were met by this large and impressive property. We could not wait to go in and when we did it was clean on our arrival, and we were contacted to make sure everything was ok on our arrival by Jean. The whole place was spotless and what a great start. We are fussy about what we want in a holiday home and this home was spot on (no complaints from us whingeing poms!). The directions to the property were excellent and the neighbourhood was really quiet. The people were friendly and on our walks to the complex pool/lake on the golf course, the locals would stop to talk and ask us if we were having a good time. If you love Golf then this is for you. The course runs on the outskirts of the complex! The location is excellent and everything you need is on the Route 192! You cannot get lost there and access to the main attractions (Disney, waterparks etc) was excellent. The kids loved the room they slept in with the Disney characters and they were so excited sleeping with the Disney characters that they wanted to go to bed on arrival! The pool was great ,well cleaned and we had some fun in there! The kids loved it and the whole setting is lovely. The Asda Wall mart is down the road and has everything you need, the local shops are handy if you run out of anything. There are some eating places nearby and we went to the Italian and Chinese and they were cheap but lots of food! You need a car to access the main attractions but there is parking for it on the drive of the Property. Paul tells us the games room is now completed so when we go back May 2009 (and we are) we cannot wait to see that. The kids will have more fun! <br/>Paul and Jean are very house proud and when you are in the property it just feels like home from home. Everything you need is there and should it be not you know that Jean will get it sorted. We have never been to Florida before, but having had good weather, a great location, excellent eating places on the 192 (and Jean and Paul have left details on those to visit) but more importantly a terrific property to stay in then what more could you want ! Whilst we know Paul and Jean, this review should not be read as being biased but we can assure you that if it was not too our liking then we would say so. <br/>Kevin, Lynn Zoë and Oliver.

An excellent top notch villa

We had a fabulous time in Feb 09 staying at this villa. It was immaculate and exactly as described. Everything was in perfect working order and we had no issues at all during our stay but it was reassuring to receive a call from the owners just to check. The villa is very spacious and 8 of us had plenty of space - the master suite was pure luxury and the games room a great bonus but most of our time was spend in the heated pool and the men enjoyed the very reasonable golf course.

Everything by the house and location are just that great we vas told to be. Clean and lot off space in the house. We had nice time on the tennis court and of course the pool was just great my brother’s girls were in the pool all the time. We have very close to several golf courses in just great conditions. At last I will recommend this property to my al friends. Thank you again for our great holiday. <br/>Peter with family

Excellent spacious, clean villa sighted near golf course on a quiet & peaceful relaxing estate which was lovely to walk around and down to the picturesque lake. Everyone very friendly. This is the best villa we have stayed in out of the twelve times we have been and have already re-booked the villa again for 2009. <br/>Lovely view over the golf course from the master bedroom & south facing pool getting all the sun. Car is essential to get around but also we made the most of the villa and enjoyed relaxing days by the pool before eating out at night. Jean & Paul, the owners, are easy to communicate with. Straight forward booking & hassle free. This is the villa we now recommend to anyone who mentions they may be going to Florida. <br/>Thanks to Jean & Paul from Janet & Tony

Best villa we have stayed in so far!

The Villa is on a really good complex with good communal facilities such as golf course and tennis courts. The location was the best thing for us as it was 1 minute from the 192 where there are an abundance of restaurants. We were 10 mins from Disney and I mean 10 mins door to door which was great as it meant we could pop home through the day sometimes for a dip in the pool and Siesta before venturing back out and staying out til quite late without collapsing from exhaustion. <br/> <br/>The villa was beautiful and spacious. On some days the kids pestered us to leave the parks so they could play at the villa and in the pool. The games room is all brand new and kept the kids amused for ages. All of the decor and facilities within were great. The only trouble we had with the villa was that we only had 2 weeks in it. We will definately use it again for future Florida Holidays and will recommend it to any of my friends and family going to Florida

We stayed in late April / Early May 2008. Facilities are as described and property was well maintained. Paul and Jean provided a first class service and correspondence was always prompt and very helpful - they couldn't do enough to ensure you have a great stay. They have since installed the canopy in the pool area - useful for both rain and shine! .... and games roon which will enhance the villa even further for kids. Would highly recommend - and will be going back ourselves in a year or two. Lee, Maureen, Hannah & Sam - Burnley.

This is a great place close to the tourist area and shopping. The pool was great and it has a really good games room. The owner even rang us to make sure all was well (thats a nice touch!) The house was presented well and very clean a joy after the 9hr flight. All in all a very relaxed and very enjoyable stay, its on our list of "we will comeback". Martin and Anna plus boys
