Everything excellent, like a dream

We loved the apartment and I have already recommended it to friends. The <br/>location is perfect and my boyfriend was able to use his computer for <br/>business so he was happy. It was just a dream. The only thing I would love to change <br/>is the check out time. 11 A.M. is just too early!!

perfect location, excellent apartment

We had a wonderful one-week vacation there with our 3-year-old. The location is perfect, across the street from Musee D'Orsay, close to everything - we walked everywhere. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-stocked all with necessities - linens, dishes, cleaning supplies, maps and current city guides. Laundry in the apartment is a big bonus, especially with a toddler. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Rue de Bac, less than 5 mins away. We would love to return.

This was a great ground floor flat for our family of 4 (two teens). Completely as advertised in a central section of Paris. As a person sensitive to sound, I was worried about being on the ground floor, but the neighborhood is relatively quiet and we slept like babes. Musee D'Orsay itself is an outstanding experience. To see an entire room of Van Gogh's is to understand what all the fuss is about.

Paris Business trip

The apartment was lovely, clean, and HUGE for Paris standards. I travel quite a bit to Paris for business and this was by far the most comfortable trip I had. It was nice to feel as if I was going "home" after work rather than a hotel. <br/> <br/>Kathleen was great to deal with and was very accomodating. Also the area is central and is in a very nice area of Paris, centrally located and close to everything! Also numerous restaurants and grocery stores. <br/> <br/>Only issue is that the apartment was a bit cold (stayed during the winter) as the apartment has tile floors and is located on the first floor (rez-de-chausse), and I had to watch the electricity usage per the contract. <br/> <br/>I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Owners Response: apartment has 4 electric heaters, customer is welcome to put it on, we just ask to be considerate about electric usage (switch it off when you are not there) customers are very considerate usually. this customer stay for a month. for monthly rental we monitor electic usuage. most weekly rentals we do not. thank you.

Wonderful Paris Apartment

My husband and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary in Paris and what better place to stay than Kathleen's home! It was literally across the street from the Musee D'Orsay and walking distance to a majority of tourist sites (Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Bastille, Les Invalides etc). The Metro and RER stations were also across the street. We never had to take a cab. <br/> <br/>There are restaurants, pattiseries and boulangeries all around the neighborhood. Small clothing boutiques can also be found along St. Germain. <br/> <br/>As for the apartment itself, we found it to be extremely clean and tidy. Katlhleen provides all the necessities of home. The kitchen is well stocked, fresh linens were provided and the bedroom was warm and cozy. After a long day of sight-seeing, it was nice to have a place to relax and rest our feet. We highly recommend this apartment!

Great apartment, great location

My husband and I go to Paris several times a year and usually rent an apartment. This is the first time at Rue de Lille and we loved it. The location is perfect, right behind the D'Orsay Museum and close to many fine restaurants and great shopping. <br/> <br/>The apartment is larger than most 1 bedrooms and is clean and very liveable. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large, clean and the 2 sinks make it great for both of us to get ready in the morning. <br/> <br/>We don't eat in much, but the kitchen has everything necessary to cook a meal. <br/> <br/>We were please to have a laundry room with washer and dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen. <br/> <br/>All in all it's a comfortable and lovely apartment to spend in the best city in the world.

Excellent location and great size for the price. The bed was very comfortable. The person we dealt with to book our vacation were excellent. We give a "5" excellent for the bedroom, the nice size bathroom, Location, furnishing, and value for money spent. We appreciate the welcome bottle of wine and the TV internet which works flawlessly during our stay

As a family of 4 we found the apartment very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious with all ammenities (including brochures and books on Paris). The location was fabulous -close to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores & sites, shops, museums and subway. <br/> <br/>The apartment and its location made our one week stay in Paris a wonderful experience!

Simply Fantastic

I found everything to be exactly as advertised on the website. The location was outstanding, directly behind Musee d'Orsay, within walking distance of many of the biggest attractions in Paris (Louvre, Invalides, Latin Quarter, etc) and a one minute walk from the RER station, through which you can link to anywhere in and around Paris. The apartment was cozy and well-furnished for our stay, exactly as depicted on the website photos. We fell in love with Paris and a lot of it had to do with our great location and comfortable accomodations. <br/> <br/>Two children or adults can fit comfortably on the pull-out sofa and another two in the bedroom. . Overall, I couldn't have been happier.

Good Price and Value for its excellent central location and tasteful modern luxury furnishing. It's within walking distance to most famous sites including the Louvre and Place Vendome, Cite Island and Tuleries. Left Bank St Germain is a great area 15 minutes from this apartment. <br/> <br/>We liked the comfortable bed and the luxury large bathroom, which is rare in Paris.
