This was our first trip to Tenerife and the weather was fantastic. We had a fantastic, relaxing week at this apartment. It was in a quiet location but just a 15 minute walk to the beachfront if you wanted to do a bit more lively. The locals and ex pats were friendly, and we whiled away our lunchtimes at the bar on the complex with the best Sangria we have ever had! The apartment was spacious,clean and very close to the pool. Our teenagers enjoyed the Internet Cafe close by and there were some decent restaurants also close by. Martin and Kay were most helpful and responded quickly to any emails. We were also left complimentary water, milk and coffee etc in the apartment for our arrival. <br/>I would definately recommend this apartment to friends, and hope to return ourselves soon.

Very good experience

The home was nice and clean. The general area was really good - not noisy as other resorts. There were a few restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets within close proximity of the complex, however, within a mile radius, you could find as many shops and bars as you like. <br/> <br/>The owners were quite helpful, therefore when we got there, everying was what we expected. <br/> <br/>Jill the lady who looks after the apartment was also very helpful, couldnt fault her. <br/> <br/>This area would be suited for all ages, those looking for a peaceful holiday, while still not far from all the action and the beach. <br/> <br/>Thanks for a very good experience.

............that has not been said before! <br/>What a fantastic apartment, <br/>it did what it said on the tin!! ticked ALL the right boxes, <br/>clean, well maintained & best of all, - comfortable, <br/> <br/>Great communication with the owners, <br/> I will definately be recomending to family and friends & using the apartments again! <br/>all in all we were very pleased.

Just returned from a holiday using this apartment and all in all its a very nice place to stay. <br/>The 2nd bedroom situated downstairs, did seem a little strange to start with but the kids were safe down there and they had their own ensuite bathroom plus if they were a little noisy, the sound didnt travel so much! <br/>Its a great pool and very close to the balcony. Be warned, your kids have to be over 12 to go in the pool on their own and some nosey residents will soon let you know like they did with me. I didnt even have chance to get out of the door to go round to the pool with my kids on the 1st day before some woman was telling me the rules. I also felt she was keeping her eye on us a lot of the time, my missus also felt the same so it wasnt just me. Dont let that put you off though it didnt spoil my holiday, i just think these people are sad for not having anything better to do. <br/>There is a nice little bar next to the pool which we visited a fair bit and a supermarket very close. <br/>The apartment is situated up a bit of a hill so if your not into walking this maybe not be the one you, it didnt bother us though although the kids did moan a couple of times about this but i ignored them!! <br/>We would book again mainly because of the pool location being so close to the apartment, the kids spent a lot of time in that pool and really enjoyed it.

I CAN ONLY SAY THIS WAS THE BEST PROPRTY I HAVE STAYED IN THE COMPLEX HAS ALL YOU NEED GOOD TOUCH ARE THE SUNBEDS AND THE TV YET AGAIN IT IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE BEEN IN THANKS

Had an excellent holiday, the apartment very comfortable it is spacious, clean and has been recently refurbished. The 32inch LCD tv with British Channels including Sky Sports are great, there are two new bathrooms and double glazing throughout. <br/> <br/>Jill who looks after the apartment for Kay and Martin is really friendly and lives on the complex two apartments away. <br/>There is a small friendly poolbar on the complex and there are lots of Bars and restaurants within a five minute walk. <br/> <br/>All in all a great holiday with super Winter Sun weather.

The apartment is in great location; quiet and away from the bustle but near enough to walk into town or down to the Sunday market. It is well appointed with all you could need for a break away from home and even had a mini library in on bedroom! <br/>There is a file in the apartment with details of local restaurants and take-aways and excursions available which can be booked close to the apartment and the service fron the lady looking after the apartment locally was great. <br/>Everything was clean and comfortable, just right for a relaxing time away from the pressures of work and the holiday was made even better by the marvellous weather we had. I'd definitely recommend to friends and I would go back again.

the 2 bedroomed apartment with en suite facilites and seperate bathroom was superb and the 32" lcd tv was a nice surprise too! . the property was very clean and very well maintained and the customer service was excellent throughout .the poolside bar offered a wide range in food and drink and the couple who run the bar were lovely and looked after their customers very well we would highly recommend this property and we would definitley go back.

Hi Martin & Kay <br/> <br/>I just want to say a huge 'Thank You' on behalf of my parents who stayed in your apartment 9th - 16th November 2007. Upon arrival the apartment was spotlessly clean, immaculately kept & stylishly decorated, with countless 'personal touches' including coffee, tea, milk & bottled water on arrival which was greatly appreciated. <br/> <br/>They found the apartment to be in an ideal location with easy access to supermarkets & restaurants & also a lovely pleasurely walk down to the beachfront & shops. <br/> <br/>I myself was staying at a friends timeshare apartment in the nearby Hollywood Mirage, & must add that after seeing your apartment would not hesitate to stay there and would definately recommend it to friends and family, it was lovely & homely & excellent value for money. <br/> <br/>Once again, thank you for making my parents time in Tenerfie both comfortable & enjoyable. <br/> <br/>Best Wishes for Christmas & the New Year <br/> <br/>Carol <br/> <br/>PS My dad was over the moon with the collection of books on the bookshelf in the twin bedroom as he is a 'readaholic'!
