Self-catering holiday home in the heart of village within easy walk to the beach
Fantastic opportunity to stay in a lofty lovingly restored former chapel, the focal point of Rhosneigr. Retaining many original features of the former chapel it once was including a working pipe organ...

If you thought the pics looked good on here, wait until you get there! We've just spent 5 days at this des res and had a fantastic time. From the moment Lyn from the B&B next door hands over the keys, be ready for your shoulders to drop and prepare yourself for an amazing stay. The standard of the accomodation is first class from the rooms to the kitchen to the jacuzzi bath. It's like a home from home (well OK it's nicer than my home!) and if you're anything like me the first thing you'll do when you get home is check your diary to see when you can next go back! We loved it and am sure you will do to.

Stunning property, beautiful location

A group of us recently enjoyed a relaxing weekend at the church and were amazed by how beautiful it is and the facilities that are available. We made use of the fully-kitted out kitchen and there was plenty of room for us to all sit and chill out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The whole place is tastefully decorated and one of our group had a go at playing the original church organ!

The beach is a two minute walk and is really clean and there are a few shops and cafes in the village where you can get pretty much everything you need, it's an ideal location for relaxing and a great base for exploring the rest of Anglesey. We'll definitely be booking to go again and will hopefully try out a few more of the watersports on offer next time!

A group of us spent a lovely wekend break at Christchurch. We took an easy train journey from London all the way to Rhosneignr with only one change. the friendly housekeeper Lynne was there to welcome us and explain how everything worked. She produced a delicous seafood platter caught by her husband and a homemade cheesecake-thanks Lynne!
The house was spacious war and comfortable , the kitchen very well equipped.Rhosneignr has cafes and restaurants and 2 well stocked mini supermarkets-a great destination even without a car.

stunning conversion, beautiful village

Real wow factor when we first entered the church, beautiful conversion with full mod cons but still plenty of character, we loved the organ and had great fun trying to knock up a tune or two! Loved the wet room and jacuzzi bath, full kitchen facilities and the decor is crisp and sympathetic to the building itself. The beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and is also beautiful, the village itself is nice with friendly locals. First time in this part of the world, really did not want to come home and will most certainly be returning.

This was my second vist to the church and it just seems to get better and better, fabulous decor (all mod cons) also fantastic location with the beach just across the road. What better way to spend a family week/end away or even perfect location for fun weekend with friends.

I really enjoyed long walks on the beach watching the wind surfers popping into the local bars for a tipple then chilaxing in the jacuzzi. I will be going back in the summer for a third time this year.

I have experienced the church with both family and friends and both times throughly enjoyed myself, ALTHOUGH there is a MAJOR down side...................................going home!!!

What a fantastic time we all had in this superb holiday home. Our children were made up with the fantastic pirate and princess themed beds which they loved sleeping in! With the beach in walking distance and a great base for exploring wales we would highly recommend this outstanding converted church to stay in whether it's for a family getaway or a group of friends. We will definatley be heading back this year!

Luxurious retreat

Thanks so much for the break at Christ Church. The Church has been beautifully converted, with all mod cons.

It's soo spacious and clean.

It's ideally placed for the beach. We had lots of fun there. There were ample places to sit and relax in the church when the weather turned on us and even a dvd lounge for the kids.

A definate must for us later in the year. And we will recommend it to our friends.

Thanks for sorting out the booking and returning our breakage deposit so soon.

What a fantastic place to stay. We had a break at Christ Church at the end of 2008. We will return in 2009. The church comfortably accommodated our two families, without feeling on top of each other. We explored the local area, including Snowdonia then returned at night to relax in the stunning church. It's fabulous dining in a former church on that huge dining table sat on real church pews.

Perfect retreat, right by the sea. The keyholders next door were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the lobster.

See you in '09

Fantastic place! A group of 8 of friends stayed and it was perfect for us. Spacious and clean, well equiped, modern and perfectly located.
Really short walks to both the village shops and the beach, with plenty more to explore further afield.
Would definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning!

This converted church is beautiful. It's modern but still has some original features which make it really cool, like the old pipe organ.

The location of the accomodation is just a short distance from the beach where we went to fly kites and take in the sea air.

The village is lovely and the locals were really friendly. There are a few 'outdoor pursuit/watersport' shops near the beach - we saw a few people kite-surfing during our stay, I wasn't brave enough to try it though! We had lovely weekend break and we're hoping to go back in the summer.
