We have just returned from Ilans apartment. It was excellent. The flat is bigger than the photos suggest! It was clean and had everything we needed. It is walking distance from the main square. Ilan offered us excellent service and the taxi he organised for us was on time at the airport.I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit Prague. <br/> <br/>Steer clear of shopping in Prague, we found it to be very expensive, also duty free was extremely expensive!!! <br/> <br/>Head down the side streets for local bars, they offer cheap beer and good service. The main square and old town square are more expensive for eating and drinking.

Great apartment. Large, clean, spacious and comfortable. There were 10 of us staying and we all had proper beds. Ilan was very friendly and helpful. <br/>Only a few minutes walk to Wencelas Square, the apartment was on a very nice, quiet street in a good area. Would recommend it to anyone!!

Just come back from a weeks stay in Prague and it was lovely. This apartment is just as described on the website its clean and warm and decorated tastefully. There were 7 people in our party and there was more than enough room in this apartment to accomodate all of them. <br/> <br/>Ilan proved a charming host and was always happy to help out when we needed to know anything. <br/> <br/>THE bars/restaurants are all really near and good value try the city bar right across the road from the apartment and also the pizzaria venezia just round the corner. <br/> <br/>we walked to most of the sights but also try the tram system as its cheap and runs frequently. The 22 tram goes up to the castle. <br/> <br/>I would definately recommend this apartment to anyone who is thinking of staying in Prague and if we come back we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We really enjoyed our visit to Prague and it was made even better by this lovely apartment; the pictures shown really do not do it justice. The apartment is big and airy and was a delight to return to after a day of sight-seeing. The location is fantastic and is in easy walking distance to many bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is planning a visit to Prague, we visited as a group of six friends but it would be equally good for families or couples. I would certainly stay here again (in fact, I would be disappointed to stay anywhere else if I returned to Prague!). I can't think of one negative point to comment on! Great place. Thanks Ilan, you will hear from us again if we come back :)

A magnificant apartment in the centre of Prague

Myself and my 2 friends stayed in this apartment for 3 nights. The apartment certainly lived up to our expectations, it was exactly as it appears in the pictures, really big, really bright, clean and more than enough space. Ilan was kind enough to put me in contact with a taxi company who picked us up and dropped us off. He met us on arival in the apartment and was more than helpful with advice on how to get around, and where to eat, visit etc. This was great as we had never been to Prague before. I would certinaly have no hesiatation in regommending this apartment, it really was one of the nicest I have ever stayed in, and will definately stay there if I return to Prague.

Gorgeous apartment - highly recommend!

Just returned from a 4 night break in this beautiful apartment in this stunning city. Its even nicer than it looks in the photos, and so tasteful. The bedrooms are really big and light and all rooms have lovely original features. We were two families and it was perfect for us. Its so well equipped and clean and we wanted for nothing. <br/>Ilan the owner was there to welcome us and was extremely helpful and friendly. He arranged our taxis and the drivers all spoke great English and gave us lots of advice. We also used them to go to the zoo which was fantastic and very reasonable. <br/>The area of Vinhorady is lovely and we only had to use the no.22 tram that stopped just round the corner as it took us nearly everywhere we wanted to see. We used the Tesco express which was good value for money. We are glad we chose this apartment/area as there are lots of restaurants in the surrounding streets that were much less expensive than in the Old Town. City Bar directly opposite the apartment entrance did lovely food as did the large Italian round the corner. <br/>We would definitely use both this apartment again for all the reasons above as it made our first (but not last) trip to Prague a great success. Thanks Ilan!.

Well-located apartment, in a quiet and safe area and within walking distance of some very nice bars/restaurants, and of the old town. <br/> <br/>The apartment itself is excellent, and certainly reflective of the description provided. Spotlessly clean and well-cared for, it is elegant, spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed; so much more relaxing, and preferable, to a hotel room. <br/> <br/>More importantly; Ilan proved a terrific host, with a genuine, but unobtrusive, concern to ensure that everything was as promised and was what we wanted. The booking process was simple and efficient, he kindly arranged taxis to and from the airport (which worked very well), met us at the apartment and ensured that everything was in order and welcoming, and then maintained, (through until after our departure), a real interest in ensuring we had an enjoyable stay at the apartment. <br/> <br/> We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending either Ilan, as the owner/host, or the apartment itself.

Great Apartment, Great Location

We really appreciated being met at the apartment by Ilan. He provided us with lots of helpful information, answered our questions and arranged transportation to the airport for us. The apartment itself was lovely. As other reviewers have noted it was as seen in the pictures and certainly more than sufficient for our family of 5. Eight people would be more than comfortable in the 4 spacious bedrooms with room for more in the livingroom if necessary. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped for our week long stay. Having wireless internet was great. The location was also really good. A few minutes walk to the metro and Wenceslas Square. We were able to walk to almost all the tourist destinations with ease. Groceries were available a few blocks away and there is a good bakery almost underneath the apartment. Lots of good restaurants in the area - we particularily liked the pizza at Pizzaria Venezia. Bank machines and lots of shops are also nearby. I felt safe walking in this neighbourhood. <br/>I would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is really wonderful, bright and comfortable as it is really big. We were 7 but we had all the space we wanted.The position is 5' walking from bus and metro and 5' walking from Venceslao square. the area is very quite so you can have rest after an exhausting day.

Nous sommes 2 familles françaises (10 personnes) et avons découvert Prague cet été. L'appartement d'Ilan est exactement comme décrit sur le site internet, pas de mauvaise surprise, propre, proche du centre ville, quelques minutes à pied des moyens de transport (tramway, metro) et commerces, bien agencé pour 10 personnes. <br/> <br/>Ilan s'est montré très professionnel, il a arrangé pour nous la réservation d'emplacements de parking sécurisés, nous a communiqué à notre arrivée toutes les informations utiles pour découvrir Prague, nous a recommandé quelques restaurants et a organisé les couchages dans les différentes chambres selon nos souhaits. Il est de plus resté joignable pendant notre séjour en cas de difficulté. <br/> <br/>Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cet appartement pour découvrir Prague.

We are 2 french families (10 persons), we had a very pleasant stay in Prague this summer. The apartment is exactly as described on web site, no bad surprise, clean, close to the city center, a few minute walking from metro, tramway and very important for us convenient for 10 persons. <br/> <br/>Ilan (the owner) is very professional, he arranged everything for us (safe car parking, information on transportation, recommendation on restaurants, bedding as needed,...) and remained ready in case of need. <br/> <br/>Without any hesitation I recommend this apartment to anyone that plans to visit Prague.

Ilan is a nice young host. The appartment is very nice, and well equiped, perhaps a second toilet would make it better, but it was a nice stay and he cares for his guests! I will try to go back in my next visit to this fabolous city that is Prag

We stayed in this apartment in early June this year and it was fabulous. Ilan was helpful in all of the negotiations to book the apartment before arriving and was weldoming on our arrival. The apartment IS as good as the photos on the web site - even better actually....It was clean, had everything we needed and so spacious. It was an absolute luxury. <br/> <br/>It was well located, in a safe district and the restauratn across the road was excellent providing not only tasty meals but value for money. <br/> <br/>We recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to experience Prague.

We stayed at this apartment in June and had a fabulous long weekend. There were three couples and plenty of space for all of us - dont let the fact that there is only 1 bathroom put you off it didnt cause us a problem at all. The hospitality could not be faulted and as stated by previous visitors taxis were arranged and any query was actioned instantly. THANK YOU We would definitely recommend to our family/friends and would not hesitate to use the apartment again ourselves. Prague is a wonderful places lots of place of interest to see, lovely restaurants, food, wine the list could go on.

We had an amazing stay in your apartment in Prague. The apartment was so spacious and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk most places and when we needed to take the tram or metro, it was just around the corner. The City Cafe across the street was wonderful, the bakery around the corner was yummy, and having an internet cafe available just below us was perfect. Thanks for everything.

Fabulous Location-Fabulous Apartment!!

This was the most perfect place in all of Prague to stay for our family. There were 5 people ranging in age from 15 to 80 and we all loved it. The location could not be beat. All the main tourist sites were in walking distance and if some of our party did not feel like walking back from wherever we were in Prague - the metro, or the tram were so close that it did not matter. <br/> <br/>The immediate neighborhood was wonderful to walk around in and had wonderful restaurants and beautiful parks. <br/> <br/>Ilan, the owner, was warm, and helpful whenever we needed anything. <br/> <br/>I would recommend this to my friends and would stay there again. I wish all my homes away from home were as wonderful.

I rented this unit along with 3 other coworkers in mid-may. It was a great choice. IIam (owner) was very active in assuring we had everything we needed and was also extremely helpful in follow up to our questions prior to arrival. He made taxi arrangements for us from the airport and met us at the unit. He rushed to get the unit cleaned and turned around so that we would be able to checkin a few hours early which was helpful. The unit looks exactly like the pictures which is not always the case when renting vacation properties. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a fair price, lots of room, and a good location.

Pictures don't do it justice. Should add a layout diagram to the description to indicate the size and comfort. Very spacious. Clean, bright; great neighborhood. Everything as advertised. Ilan met us at the apartment, helped with parking, very helpful, you can tell he does this for income and positive feedback, not a hobby. Restaurant "City" directly across the street served excellent food, reasonable prices, very welcoming. We ended up eating 3 dinners in 5 days with them.

2 couples of french people with 6 teenages staid in this flat in February 2009 during one week (14-02 to 21-02-2009). <br/> <br/>About the apartment every things were in line with the containt of the site and it was clean, well-maintained and easily to live with 10 people. Ilian provided us very good custmer services and advises. <br/> <br/>For us it lacked a dish machine but it was not a problem. <br/> <br/>We have and we recommend this property to a friend and if we will comeback to Prague we would like to return in this apartment.

The apartment was beautiful-- even better than the pictures! A perfect apartment for a break to Prague

What a wonderful apartment! <br/>The journey to and from the airport was so easy. When we arrived at the nearest Metro stop, Ilan met us and walked us the short distance to the apartment. It could not be better placed – two metro stops were only a short walk away. The apartment is so much bigger than the pictures show. I was extremely pleased that I had found such a beautiful apartment to stay with my friends. Everything in Prague is within walking distance from this well located apartment. There are good restaurants, pubs and bars and even a Tesco round the corner if you want to eat in. <br/>I have highly recommended this apartment to friends of mine that are interested in going to Prague and when I return, I will definitely be staying here!

Apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Ilan was particularly helpful and the Christmas decorations were a really nice touch. It was very good value for money and should we return to Prague we will definitely consider this apartment again. Easy to get round Prague (subway station a 3 minute walk away from the apartment, and many tram links near by). Metro especially cheap and easy to use. Would recommend visiting at Christmas as the market at Old Town square was particularly pretty.

The photos are true to the apartment and we were grateful to find the place just as beautiful in real life. As a frequent traveler with a taste for cleanliness, space and calm neutral decorations, this was the perfect fit. For this affordable price we could be just 2 couples in a four bedroom apt. It was perfect. The location is good and in the 4 days we had in prague we didn't feel the need to use public transport once. Ilan is friendly, helpful and available for advice on what to see and do. We greatly appreciate the good service.

We have just got back from a 3 night stay in Prague and what a great experience it was.We were 3 couples and the apartment provided excellent privacy and plenty of communal space to eat, drink and chat together. The website gives a very good impression of the apartment and quite frankly you get "exactly what it says on the tin". We will definitely return to Prague and this will be our first choice of accommodation when we do. Ilan helped us with everything from the original enquiry to arranging taxi transfers and it just made the planning so much simpler.Check out Pivovarsky restaurant and brewery on the corner of Lipova - good beer traditional food very reasonably priced and the staff were excellent. Cannot fault anything with our break - even the weather co-operated ! Thanks again Ilan

Thank you Ilam for a wonder stay in your apartment in Prague, It was a nice location, away from the tourist crowd. The metro was a short walk away, with easy access to the main tourist sites. The apartment was very spacious, clean and inviting. The flowers were wonderful, as well the towel warmer. Fall time in the parks and river valley was beautiful, and the area around the apartment had lots of interesting areas to eat and explore. <br/>Thanks again, we recommend this apartment for others staying in Prague.

Great apartment in convenient location.

As a family of 6 finding affordable accommodation that still impresses the teenagers (who are used to all their comforts and have expensive tastes) is always a challenge. Thankfully we chose this apartment, great value, central and most important - really lovely. Ilan has done a good job with the refurbishment (comfortable beds/sofas and tasteful decoration not spoiling the elegance of the original building) and we found the apartment smart, airy, clean, comfortable and amply big enough and well appointed for us to find cooking/eating-in as much of a pleasure as going out. Location is good, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to get to but if walking gets too much the metro/trams are on your doorstep. The area is nice - decent bakers and shops on the doorstep (including the ubiquitous Tesco's) and also directly opposite is a music cellar run by a great eccentric, well worth a visit to hear some genuine Czech music, drink cheap beer and meet the locals (and see absolutely no tourists!). Should we pay Prague a return visit, we would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again and warmly thank Ilan for his care and attention which helped make our stay in this beautiful City such a pleasure.

This is as absolutley stunning apartment and it has a great location. We had a great time in prague and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone, the fresh flowers were such a nice touch! <br/>Many thanks again, Peter and Doreen

Hi Ilan, <br/> <br/>We just wanted to say thank you so much for making our trip to Prague complete with your amazing apartment. We felt instantly welcome and at home in the apartment and greatly enjoyed our stay there. Prague was beautiful and interesting and had great nightlife (M1 lounge and Karlovy Lazne being my personal favourites) and to come home to such a nice apartment just put the cherry on top. We couldn't find anything to fault, the location and condition of the apartment were great, it was extremely clean and tidy and the price was very reasonable. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your lovely appartment. We were 1 large family meeting up and flying in from two different countries. <br/>It was a super way to meet. Your flat was spacious, clean and well looked after. Moreover it was central yet in a quite spot. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to recommend the flat to anyone.

Your apartment was very good for us: a very wide, confortable, clean, nice apartment, and its collocation in the city is very strategic. Near the center, near station of underground and tram. From Balbinova it is easy arrive walking in all part of city, and the apartment is in a quite site of the city. I will speak about this accomodation with friends that will want to spend an holidays in Prague. It was an ideal accomodation for us, confortable also for our 3 children! <br/>Prague is a marvellous city, it seems to be in a dream, and we have good holidays in Prague. <br/>Thank you for your collaboration and disponibility to answer to all our questions and for a perfect organization, also in the parking.

What a gorgeous apartment! It was perfect. We were a group of six but it would be romantic enough for a couple.We got advice about good places to eat & drink & they were all close at hand, loved the city & loved the apartment, will definitely return...

This appartment was very well situated and was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is a very nice young man who went to a lot of trouble to make sure we were happy with everything and gave us lots of advice about the city. We would certainly use him again on our next visit to this beautiful and interesting city.

Unserer Meinung nach: „Eines der schönsten Appartements in Prag“. <br/> <br/>Wir waren schon oft in Prag, aber noch nie wurden wir in Hinblick auf die Unterkunft so angenehm überrascht wie in diesem Jahr (26-30 Mai 2009). Wie mit Ilan verabredet, wurden wir bei der Ankunft von ihm an der Metro-Station `Museum´ empfangen. Er begleitete uns auf dem kürzesten Fußweg (4 Gehminuten) zum Appartement. Beim Betreten des Appartements waren wir vom Appartement sofort fasziniert und haben uns auf der Stelle heimisch und wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung besticht durch überaus saubere, geräumige und gemütliche Zimmer. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen und neuwertigen Küchengeräten ausgestattet. Die im Bad befindliche Waschmaschine erlaubt auch einen längeren Prag-Aufenthalt mit nur wenig Gepäck. Die Lage des Appartements ist einmalig. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, dennoch äußerst zentral. In 4 Gehminuten hat man eine von drei möglichen Metro-Stationen erreicht. Die Altstadt und der Wenzelsplatz sind ebenfalls in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe des Appartements befinden sich diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker…) und mehrere Restaurants. Wir bewerten die Ausstattung des Appartements, die Sauberkeit des Appartements, die Lage des Appartements und die Freundlichkeit/Hilfsbereitschaft von Ilan jeweils mit der Bestnote von fünf Sternen/Koffern. Beim nächsten Prag-Urlaub würden wir liebend gerne wieder dieses Appartement anmieten und hoffen, dass es dann nicht schon belegt ist. Das schöne Appartement, die außerordentliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Ilan haben ungemein zu einem unvergesslichen Prag-Urlaub beigetragen. <br/> <br/>PS.: Das Appartement ist noch großartiger als es auf den Bildern im Internet erscheint. Wir können alle positiven Rückmeldungen, die Ilan bereits von anderen Appartementnutzern erhalten hat, nur bestätigen.Wenn wir dürften, dann würden wir für das Appartement auch 6 Koffer/Sterne vergeben. <br/> <br/>Herzlichen Dank Ilan / Thank you very much Ilan / Dekuji mockrat Ilan!

L'appartamento è esattamente come descritto. Posozione assolutamente strategica, centrale, vicino ai mezzi pubblici e a tutti i servizi. Consigliata a famiglie con bambini (eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone con 5 tra bambini e ragazzi). <br/>Buono il pub di fronte, anche per mangiare (peccato per il fumo di sigarette), ma fanno anche il take-away. <br/>Praga è meravigliosa, andate tranquilli! <br/>Andrea & Co.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Ihrem Appartment sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hell eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die zentrale Lage war für uns ideal. Auch befanden sich Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer, Öl etc schon in der Küche, was ein Kochen doch sehr vereinfachte. Die Betten waren so gut wie neu, so wie auch das ganze Appartment frisch renoviert und neu möbliert ist. Einfach nur super. Von der Metro bis zur Wohnung ist es auch zu Fuß nur ein Katzensprung (kein Kilometer). Immer wieder. Wirklich zu empfehlen.
