We really enjoyed our stay at Christine and Kieron's lovely studio. We found it very clean and comfortable, and all the essentials were provided, eg- sugar, milk, water and tea as a welcome pack. On our arrival, they offered to take us to the local supermarket- Lidl, where we bought our food shopping for the week. They were very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us advice on the best places to go for drinks etc, with The Neptune being our favourite for desserts!

The local newsagents, small supermarket and few bars/restaurants was about a 5 min walk away, however centre of Quesada was a good 20 minute walk away,which seemed longer coming home as it was uphill, although Kieron offered to pick up us on our first night incase we got lost (which we did! lol)
The communal pool was only a few yards away, and was very clean with ample space for sunbathing! and both terraces at the studio were very spacious with breathtaking views!! We would like to thank Christine and Kieron for kindness and we would recommend this studio to anyone.

Lovely relaxing break

This property is exactly as described - what you see is what you get! It's immaculately clean, with a lovely bathroom, and fantastic views from the large terrace. It has complete privacy, with its own staircase, but Christine and Kieron are there if needed. They are excellent hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. We were provided with lovely breakfasts for a small extra cost, and advice on what to do and where to go. We had a couple of coach trips from the local town, and particularly enjoyed the one to Cartagena. We would definitely recommend you hire a car as the town is not much more than a base for exploring. We would also highly recommend Mulberry's restaurant (I hope it's still there), great food, good service. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends, so go!

Breath taking

If you was to go any higher you would be on top off the radio mast ,
Christine and Keriane , we could not have asked for a better host,
I still did not get the needle and cotton, and i hope the light works,( joke )!!

We stayed with Christine and Kieran when we came to spain to complete on our own apartment.On our arrival we were made to feel very welcome and shown to the apartment. When we got to the door of the roof apartment and looked back we were amazed by the beautiful panoramic view we could see over Quesada and the surrounding Villages in all directions.Once inside the apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything that we needed being provided.
During our 6 day stay Christine and Kieran were more than helpful to us with advice and local knowledge even accommadating rapidly accumulating household items for us while we went searching for more.
The apartment is very private with its own solarium and we were able to spend pleasant evenings sitting out and watching the sun go down with a bottle of wine.
The apartment is 15 minutes walk away from the local bars and restaurants at the bottom of the hill and is in a quiet and peaceful location.
we would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment.

Christine & Kieron were more than accommodating with our needs. The Apartment was big enough for us to lounge in after baking in the Sun and sightseeing in a beautiful part of Spain. If you are interested in markets there are more than enough to accommodate you. The local bars are well worth a visit especially The Neptune where they serve excellent Fish & Chips for 6 Euros and the owners are good company as a bonus. Anything we needed extra for our comfort it was provided. Well worth a booking and would certainly recommend the Apartment to friends.

This has got to have been the most relaxed holiday ever, completely due to the environment and the chilled atmosphere from locals and holiday makers. Even though there is room for going out and having fun, its also the type of area to relax and sit outside just taking in the breath taking views. Our stay with Kieran & Christine was second to none, we have never been treated so well (even when we have stayed in expensive holiday resorts). We were referred by friends who stayed here last year. The apartment was very nice and content and the views are amazing from the verandas. Overall a wonderful break and close to local amenities which suited us to the ground. Many thanks for a lovely stay. I will make sure to recommend to fellow friends and family.

My partner and i came over to Christine & Kierans apartment for a week earlier on this year. The apartment is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location is ideal as it is just away from any nightlife so you are able to sleep but at the same time is only a 15 minute walk to Quesada town. Such a lovely place with lovely owners who made us feel extremely welcome. You also have the privacy and your own space as this apartment is seperate from the original villa itself. Overall we had a brilliant time and we are planning to go back later on in the year. A big thank you to Christine & Kieran for their hospitality and kindness.

Relaxing holiday

My partner and I stayed at Christine and Kierans studio apartment a couple of times last year when we were sorting out our apartment they collected us from the airport and for a little extra cost took us around buying bits and bobs which was very helpful they new the write places to go so we could buy what we needed. We enjoyed stoping at the apartment it is very clean and in a very good position and has two very sun terrace with nice views over the villages. Just over the road is a very good bar and resturant and shops 5 minute walk away. Car hire can also be arrange by Christine. All in all we are pleased to have stopped at Christine and Kieran's.

Holiday pleasure

My wife and I stayed at this holiday apartment last September and we were delighted with the facilities and the proximity to the beaches and the village of Quesada which is a 10 minute walk away.
The owners, Kieran and Christine were most welcoming and provided us with loads of local tips about restaurants, shops, beaches etc.
The views from the propery were outstanding and we spent a few evenings sitting in the solarium with a glass of wine simply taking in the beautiful panoramic view.
The accomodation was also very good , reasonably priced and private with no interference from the owners unless requested by us.
Kieran and Christine will also collect you from the airports, if required, and also arrange an inexpensive car hire at a little extra cost
We have already reserved 2 weeks in the spring of 2009

My wife and I have stayed twice at this property while visiting friends in the area.It is a smart studio owned by Christine and Kieron who are excellent hosts.The studio is immaculately clean and gives you first class views of the surrounding countryside from two sun terraces which are for your exclusive use.It is very reasonably priced and I can wholeheartedly recommend it!!
