Our villa is situated in Sinquerim, an exclusive area of North Goa. It provides you and your family with all the commodities of your own home and the luxury of a swimming pool situated in beautiful landscaped gardens. Accommodation includes two double bed rooms and one twin room, a large open lounge/dining area, modern kitchen with granite and teak units, also a sun terrace. The wide unsheltered stretch of beach is only a 5mins walk away. There you will find beach shacks for refreshments and water-sport facilities. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance offering good local food, tranquil settings and live music. Buses and taxi service are available just outside the complex offering transport at fractional prices to markets, temples, waterfalls and other places of interest. The complex has a 24 hour gated security and a manned front office. Local people are some of the friendliest people and most laid back. Your holiday will certainly offer a slower pace of life.

A lovely property on an excellantly run site - just ask the staff and they will do everything they can to help. The property is clean and well furbished, with a swimming pool just outside the door. The property is situated just far enough away from the main hustle & bustle of Candolim but only a 5 min walk to some excellent restaurants and the beach, if you want to go a bit farther you can always call a taxi from near reception
