Beautiful contemporary in Edgartown, Martha's vineyard
As you can see from the pictures, the sun is welcomed through many sliders and windows. Inside the furnishings are simple but well chosen and purchased new. The kitchen is fully equipped. The merged living/dining room with hardwood floors has a cathedral ceiling with overhead fan. Also downstairs there is a full bath, washer/dryer, and two bedrooms with fans each offering a pair of twins. This Edgartown contemporary is a good find: located near the bike path, on a private road with only a dozen other homes, a third of a mile from shopping, a mile or so to the village center, a mile plus to five miles of beach on the Vineyard's north coast. Outside there is a wrap around deck and another larger deck on the South side. There are sufficient trees to afford privacy but not to block the sun. Up stairs there is a bath with shower, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a slider to a small balcony and a family room with a twin size trundle bed. This is an inviting home.

Some say that Edgartown is the jewel of Martha's Vineyard Island. We agree. We take pleasure in strolling the side streets, admiring the grand 18th and 19th Century homes and their gardens. We delight in the restaurants so numerous and so fine that a superb supper, lunch or even breakfast is a guaranteed gourmet treat. For entertainment we sample the offerings of the shops and the art displayed in the inviting galleries. We enjoy people watching, their sense of style, the way they walk, the way they nibble their ice cream. And don't forget the miles and miles of public beaches and the ever changing harbour scene.
