Saturday is our preferred changeover day in peak seasons, however, we will consider Sunday or 10/11/12 day holidays - please ask and we will do our best to accommodate. The villa does not have central heating, but has heat exchangers and oil fired radiators. Evenings can be cold during Spring months. Therefore, there will be a small energy charge for heating during Feb/Mar/April. Please enquire. Disclaimer: We, Villa Jax, welcome families with children, but please note that swimming pool's shallow end is 1metre deep and the deep end is 1.8 metres deep. The pool is not suitable for diving and it is not fenced in. It is your responsibility to supervise your children in the garden and pool at all times. Villa Jax and its owners do not accept any liability for any injuries incurred by you (the clients/customers/renter) or guests during their stay.
