Villa ST ROCH with private pool in its own grounds. A pool alarm is fitted in compliance with legal requirements. Our Provençal style villa sits on a hillside facing south east with a magnificent view over the unspoiled mediaeval village of Montferrat. It has a stone barbecue. The villa is well kept and comfortably furnished. The village house: The house dates back centuries and is in Rue du Pont, leading to a bridge across one of the village’s three rivers to a nicely shaded square where the locals play PETANQUE. There is a large, nicely furnished, open beamed lounge with a large fireplace and walkout French doors to a large Terrace with tables and chairs, plants and pots etc. Ideal for outdoor dining.

The house dates back centuries and is in Rue du Pont, leading to a bridge across one of the village’s three rivers to a nicely shaded square where the locals play PETANQUE. There is a large, nicely furnished, open beamed lounge with a large fireplace and walkout French doors to a large Terrace with tables and chairs, plants and pots etc. Ideal for outdoor dining. The adjacent Kitchen has been recently installed with all modern appliances including a new fridge / freezer. All utensils, crockery, cutlery etc. supplied. Two bedrooms upstairs, a double bed in one, three singles in the other, are adjacent to a newly fitted bathroom with Bath/Shower, toilet, wash hand basin, mirrors and lights. A comfortable double sofa bed also graces the Lounge.

Montferrat is but a short drive through a Scenic Gorge to Draguignan, where daily markets are held and abounds in shopping areas, cinemas, restaurants, and theatre. To our North is the Spectacular Gorges du Verdon containing the blue waters of Lac Ste Croix and its lakeside beaches. You can find water sports there as well as the famous potteries of Moustiers Ste Marie, tucked into the mountains. To our South is the blue Mediterranean Sea with Frejus, St Raphel, Ste Maxime, St Tropez being the closest coastal resorts to Montferrat.
