Reason's to reserve our condo: Firstly we are local citizens just 1 hour away from our second home and not managing our condo from far away. As a retired hotel manager I fully understand and know the property management industry and abide by it with my vacation rental. Experience has taught me that guests mostly request and grade their vacation rentals by their cleanliness, thus is why our unit has ceramic tiled floor and not carpeted. We find that vaccuming your carpet and an occasional shampoo does not relieve the unit of all dirt and allergens from previous guests, while the mopping of a tiled floor with disinfectant soap and water takes out all dust and allergens from the unit. While other units may advertise that they are ocean view I can guarantee you that when you sit in our balcony you will see the Atlantic Ocean, as they say, location, location, location. We truly enjoy sharing our home with families and guests that want to enjoy our paradise in the Florida Keys.
