The Kitchen/dinning & open plan living room on the ground floor. Upstairs the first bedroom, and a large modern & newly fitted family bathroom with corner shower, (accessed via the bedroom). No bath, but a baby bath can be supplied on request.. From this bedroom, the secure/enclosed mezzanine room which has 3 single beds, is accessed via a small staircase. Outside is the pool & the private covered terrace area, here you can enjoy eating, reading, relaxing, snoozing, thinking, & even writing or painting! The living room has recently been refurbished with comfortable seating. English satellite tv & French terrestial available. DVD player supplied also and 'growing' dvd library. Local patissiere, bar/restaurant, fishing & tennis courts less than 5 minutes drive or 10/15 min bike ride via beautiful lake.

2 pools, a large pool & a small shallow pool. There are plenty of activities on the grounds; badminton, sand pit, an art barn for children of all ages, swings, and a variety of outdoor games, & bikes to suit all sizes including add on seats for small children. We have a few fig trees growing around & about the gardens, you are free to help yourself as, when available. There is a top of the range indoor rowing machine and a table tennis table in the large barn. BBQ and outdoor furniture for eating & relaxing. A welcome hamper of, wine, bread, ham cheese, juice, eggs, pasta, butter, sparkling water, tea, coffee & a few treats from our local patisserrie, and friendly family on site. The living room is supplied with satellite tv with a comprehensive range of english channels, or French terrestial television is also available.
