For business or pleasure, our Holiday Home can offer a four star experience, for romantic, family or golf getaway breaks, corporate business trips or simply a getaway from the stress of busy life. The layout of the property makes the home suitable for long rental periods, short stays, city breaks (just 15min drive from Limerick city), or even a one-night stay. The home is an ideal base for touring the South West and Shannon regions, while delivering comfort and experience that make you feel like you have never left home. The house Includes 3 spacious double bedrooms, the master en suite with a large shower. Cots and additional camp beds are available upon request. Guests will have full use of facilities at the nearby Woodlands House Hotel in Adare, including extensive white flag leisure facilities, and Woody's kid's club, which caters for kids aged 4-12 on Saturdays and more frequently during school holidays. The hotel is also home to the brand new Revas Spa

Irish Open Week - May 10th to May 17th 2008 inclusive - high season charge will apply i.e. 950 Euro per Week. This will also apply for the same period in 2009 when the dates for the Irish Open are finalised.

** On confirmation of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. The balance will be due 4 weeks before booked arrival date. A further refundable security deposit of 250 Euro will also be required to cover damages/breakages, key replacement, extra cleaning etc. It is expected that you will leave the house as you find it. Therefore, any extra costs incurred for cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining balance of the security deposit will be refunded within one week of departure.
To facilitate all of our guests, Check in is 4pm and Check out is 10am. Depending on when our next visitors are checking in, we may be able to be more flexible. Let us know and we will try and accommodate your preferred times where possible.
A call out service is available if keys are misplaced etc. A minimum charge of Euro 25.00 will apply for each visit.

This property is adjoined to the world-renowned Adare Manor Estate, which includes an 18 hole championship golf course and clubhouse. Adare Manor Hotel & Golf Resort and The European Tour are delighted to announce that the 2008 Irish Open will take place between May 15th and 18th at the spectacular Robert Trent Jones Snr designed Championship course at Adare Golf Club. With a renewed marketing campaign behind the national championship, crowds of close on 60,000 and of course the tension filled victory of Padraig Harrington in a sudden-death play-off against Welshman Bradley Dredge, last year’s Irish Open proved to be a resounding success both on and off the course.
