This building is located in the center of Paris (3d /10th district), only 10/20 minutes walk from major places of interest like the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame & the river Seine, the Opera, Montmartre... The subway is located at 50 meters of the building. The Food shopping is very easy and convenient. The building is in excellent condition, it has been renovated in 2005. The flats are located in the last stage with a lift. There is a view on the roofs of Paris, and Montmartre. There are 2 balconies in each flat. GUEST BOOK : we are now back safely in Australia. Newly renovated studio near the Canal St Martin, in the 10th arrondissement (and bordering the 3 th arrondissement) with a great view of romantic Paris rooftops. Located in the 6th floor (lift), the apartment is bright and airy with light flooding through large windows. It has been renovated in 2005. There is a balcony with a view on Paris and Montmartre. There is a large room with King size bed, large closet, sofa-bed, coffee table, cable TV + DVD player, 3 armchairs. Then there is a kitchen, w/stove/oven, toaster, coffee machine, a fridge/freezer and a microwave and a dishwasher. Bathroom is separate and has one washbasin, one standing shower and a WC. The whole apartment is brand new. Furniture, appliances, mattresses, bedding, etc are brand new. Linen and towels are provided. Free Acces to INTERNET Wifi High Speed
