We are glad we used Holiday-Rentals to advertise our cottage in Devon . We made the decision to do so in early July 2008, and sold the rest of the month, plus all of August and the first week in September, within days. We have two bookings for 2009 already. I found it easy to set up the advert. The hardest part was the typing. Once you are up and running, it is very straightforward to maintain. The features I like most are the text and e-mail alerts when a booking is made, and the links between our own website and our Holiday-Rentals ad. It is obvious the company is not resting on its laurels, as new features appear regularly. This has already proven to be money well spent, and not much money at that. Competition is getting tougher, where we let in Las Americas so we have to rebuild from scratch and have both our apartments at the high end of finishes and furnishing so we can stay ahead of the competition.
