SEO Assistant

HomeAway Holiday-Rentals.co.uk is recruiting an SEO Assistant. Based in Hammersmith, this role's primarily responsible is for building external links to boost Holiday-rentals.co.uk and other group website's SEO rankings.

Duties include evaluating websites according to internal guidelines and contacting webmasters via email to requests links.

This position will assist the UK SEO Manager with various tasks which include: competitive research analysis, keyword research, SEO copy writing, site traffic analytics, SERP reports and content creation and posting. You will also be working with agencies and freelancers to carry out these tasks.

This is an entry level role and we are quite open to applicants for whom this would be a first permanent job.

The following skills and experience would be very beneficial:

• An interest in online marketing and online developments
• Online experience through a placement or internship
• The ability to manage your own research
• Excellent attention to detail and highly literate
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Great skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Additionally, you will need to be a team player with a positive attitude and strong commercial focus. Equally as important will be your demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, your flexible approach and excellent communication skills.
