One of the art capitals of the world celebrates the medium of photography with the biannual Month of Photography. Running from November 1st to December 2nd, though some exhibitions continue on into the New Year, visitors can stay in a rented holiday home in Paris and see exhibitions including VU Photo Magazine, 1928-1940 and The Odyssey of an Icon: three photos by André Kertész.

With over 40 exhibitions taking place anyone with even a passing interest in photography is sure to find shots they adore and the other galleries of Paris are only a moment away for those craving more art between the celluloid.
