More holidaymakers head to Croatia

More and more leisure travellers are choosing to take their holidays in Croatia, according to analysts.

Amberlamb stated that the eastern European country's tourism industry is expanding at a considerable pace, a development which is fuelling continued economic growth.

As a result, Croatia is becoming increasingly competitive and is now receiving extra funding from the European Bank.

This has gone towards projects such as infrastructure improvements which have further enhanced the desirability of the nation.

Amberlamb believes that these developments have made the country ideal for overseas property buyers, as its economy is set to keep growing during the foreseeable future.

The organisation commented: "Now could very well be the right time to buy property in Croatia.

"Getting in now could offer an investor the chance to buy in ahead of price gains and rental yield expansion."

Officials at the Croatian National Tourist Office recently revealed that that the country attracted 275,000 British tourists last year.
