Spain offers bargain propertiesProperty investment abroad: 16 April 2008Savvy property investors could be in line to collect strong returns in the Spanish market, according to industry analysts. Homes Worldwide stated that areas such as the Costa del Sol are currently seeing a slowdown in the rate of house price inflation. Some towns and cities were also said to be seeing a drop in property values, all of which is bad news for estate agents and property sellers. However, Homes Worldwide believes this could present potential opportunities for buyers to snap up a relative bargain, as the market is likely to pick up again in the future. The news provider commented: "You could find yourself paying rock bottom prices for a dream property, just as its value begins to rocket." Investors were recently advised to consider purchasing a Spanish property by ShelterOffshore.com, which said it offers attractions such as good weather and a high standard of living.
