Q: How do I get reviews from past guests?

Our research found that travellers actively seek out reviews from past guests before making an enquiry and our data shows that properties with even just 3 reviews receive on average 23% more enquiries than those with no reviews.

To get reviews on your advert, ask your guests to click on the ‘write review’ link on the top of your advert. Alternatively, you can send a personal request by email with a direct link to your reviews page by using your Review Request Form.

Once a review has been submitted, it will go through our moderation process to ensure it meets with our guidelines. This process takes up to 7 working days. 

Once the review has been approved, the review will appear on your advert and your reviews page. This is accessible by clicking the 'Read Reviews' links on your advert.
