Q: What is a multi-unit advert and how do I create one?
A: If you have a property with separate rental units within the same building or complex, our Multi-Unit option offers you a simple and cost effective way to advertise all your rental units in one place.

You can add up to 5 additional rental units to your advert for just £69 (€99) each.

When you advertise a Multi-Unit property, each rental unit is displayed individually within the search result and linked together on your main advert so you get maximum exposure for all your units.

How to create a Multi-Unit advert

Step 1: Create an advert with multiple rental units:
  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on the Blue Owner Homepage tab
  3. Click the ‘Add a unit’ link next to your property photo
  4. Select 'Multi-unit property' option
  5. Click the orange 'save this page' option

Step 2: Add details of your individual units:
  1. Select the 'facilities' tab
  2. Click on the link to 'Add a rental unit'
  3. Add a unit name, a description of the unit and details of the units facilities
  4. Click the orange 'save changes and go to next tab (availability)'
  5. Select the unit from the drop down box and add your availability details for that unit
  6. Click the orange 'save changes and go to next tab (rental rates)'
  7. Select the unit from the drop down box and add your rental rates for that unit
  8. Click 'save changes'
  9. Repeat steps 1-8 for each rental unit

Once you have set the information about your individual units, make sure you have completed the rest of your advert:

Property description section: Add your advert headline, accommodation summary, property description and details of local activities. This should refer to your property as a whole rather than your individual units.

Location section: Set your location, add your Google map and write a description of your local area where your whole property is located.

Photos section: As the photos are shared between all your units, make sure you add the unit name to each photo caption and give each unit a different thumbnail photo.

You can choose a different thumbnail photo for each rental unit once your advert is live. Simply scroll to the bottom of the photos page and click on the thumbnail for each unit and select a different photo from your online photo album.
