Q: How do I add an owners response?
A: To add an Owner's Response to a review from a past guest, simply click on the link in the review confirmation email for that review. Add your Owner Response to the review and click 'submit'. Your Owner's Response will go into our moderation process to ensure it meets with our Reviews Guidelines and will be posted within 5 working days.

If you have lost the original review confirmation email, contact Customer Support to resend the email. Please note, this can take 3 working days.
