To place an order for an advert, follow these simple steps:

If you are a new customer who has not registered with us before and would like to advertise with HomeAway Holiday-Rentals: 1. Register your account using the form to the right of this page 2. If you already advertised with us and would like to add an additional property: 1. Login to your account 2. Click on the link to 'Create a new advert' from your Owner Homepage 3. Once you have placed an order and created your advert, your property will be published on HomeAway Holiday-Rentals and our 10 international sites within 2 working days.
How to create your advert
Once you have ordered your advert, login to your account and click the 'Edit advert' link. Work your way through each section of your advert, remembering to click the orange 'save changes' button on each page! If you need any help setting your advert, visit our Owner FAQ to find detailed information on creating and editing your advert.
Location: Set your location, add your Google map and write a description of your location area.
Property description: Add an eye-catching advert headline, an accommodation summary and a detailed property description, plus use the checkboxes to add information about local activities.
Photos: Add your photos and photo captions. Please remember to transfer your photos from your online photo album onto your main advert
Facilities: Use the checkboxes provided to add details of the facilities at your property, including bedroom and bathroom details.
Availability: Add your availability and bookings to your calendar
Rental Rates: Add your rental rates for up to 2 years in advance. We strongly recommend you show rental rates for at least 12 months in the future.
Further details: Use this section to tell travellers anything else you would like to tell them about your property or the local area.
Contact details: Make sure you have correctly added your name, email address and phone number. You can also set up SMS booking enquiry alerts from this section.
