HomeAway UK offers hundreds of holiday homes that are available to rent during the Olympics. Ranging from
cosy cottages in Essex, to flash
London holiday apartments or a
Newcastle holiday home, there are options for everyone.
If you're planning a sports events holiday for the family, a holiday rental usually works out much cheaper than hotels, and you'll have your own kitchen too. By cooking your own food, you get even better value, but if you prefer, there's every chance to explore the local restaurants and experience the location just like the locals do.
Groups and also single travellers can all enjoy the increased privacy of a holiday home as well. You'll have to make your own bed, or not if you prefer, but won't be bothered by the maids or people being loud in the hotel corridor at 3 am! Many properties also have private gardens to relax in the British sunshine.
Demand for holiday rentals in London will be very high during the Olympic Games, and we're looking to increase our selection. If you own a holiday home and are interested in learning more, please see our page on

After the main Olympics have finished, the amazing Paralympics begin.
