One of the closest towns to a holiday rental in L’Ampolla is the delightful town of L’Ametlla de Mar. Whilst L’Ametlla de Mar is famous for its world class beaches, it has managed to avoid swarms of tourists during the summer and has therefore retained much of its Catalonian atmosphere and culture. It is one of the finest scuba diving locations on the Costa Dorada, and there is a strong sailing community living here.
