The beach, Playa Los Naufragos, is the highlight of a Los Naufragos holiday, stretching for just 400m, but rarely crowded and consisting of fine, golden sands. There is a suburban atmosphere on the beach, which has all the facilities needed for a comfortable break in the sun, from children’s parks to restaurants, handicap facilities to hammocks. There is always some thing happening on the beach, and more often than not, there will be a beach volleyball game in session on the soft sands of Playa Los Naufragos.

An apartment in Plays Los Naufragos gives you plenty of opportunities for water sports, especially windsurfing, water skiing and sailing. The beach is often adorned with boats and boards waiting to head out into the warm Mediterranean waters. Equipment hire and lessons are readily available from the beachfront. There are also great facilities for amusement, with an Aqua Park, crazy golf course and plenty of tennis courts. There are also bowling alleys, go-kart tracks and a theme park in nearby El Paraiso, as well as a great range of excellent golf courses in the surrounding area, including the famous golf courses of Las Ramblas, Villamartin and Campaomar.

There is some fantastic walking, horse riding and mountain biking trails to explore from an apartment in Playa Los Naufragos too. The Torrevieja coastal path is a wonderful route along the beaches and cliff tops in the area, whilst the huge Salt Flat parks offer many miles of fascinating trails, allowing visitors to see some of the many bird and animal species that call the parks home.
