Flic-en-Flac is the most popular beach resort in western Mauritius. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, water sports centres, and there is even a casino and nightclub.

Tamarin Bay is a really popular surfing beach which became famous in the 60’s and 70’s with the hippy culture.
