Adorable, well-kept cape! Located 8/10th of a mile from the Bonnet Shores Beach. A breakfast bar in the kitchen provides a small eating area for intimate dining while a full size table in the dining room area provides room for six or more. A large deck off the back of the house with table and grill together with yard provide for perfect outdoor dining and enjoyment. Outside shower for riinsing off after a day at the beach. This is a wonderful, comfortable house to relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Also available for academic year rental.

My family enjoyed our stay in this cozy beach house. It was clean and sunny. The deck was great for eating delicious grilled food from Roch 's Market. We enjoyed the wonderful beaches that are near the house. It was very comfortable for me and my husband and kids ages 6 and 3. We also enjoyed Brickley's Ice Cream which is about a 1 minute drive from the house. I would recommend this wonderful house for a great vacation. The seafood restaurants were outstanding and only about a 15 minute drive from the house.

I had never rented a house online before and I was a bit nervous - but we had a blast, one of the best vacations we ever took. Lovely house. Description very accurate and layout was perfect. Loved the decor - very beachy and relaxed. Very clean! Property was well-maintained. Owner answered all questions, paperwork was easy and we received our security deposit back in a very timely manner. Near lots of beaches, restaurants, aquarium, shopping, quaint towns most within 20 minutes some within 45 minutes. We stayed a week with a toddler and had no complaints. I reccommend this property highly.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We had a wonderful 10 days in Narragansett. The house is lovely - very clean and well kept. The beach is a short bike ride away, and also beautiful. As other posters said - the owners are very gracious and accommodating. We'll definitely be renting again.

We had a lovely time here. The owners are friendly and accomodating. During the extreme heat and humidity, they installed A/C, and were quick to respond when the downstairs unit broke. They also have ceiling fans which help. The house is clean and well-kept. It was comfortable for us and our 2 children. There is a nice beach nearby, but also a larger family beach not too far by car(Roger Wheeler). If you stay here, try Trieste Restaurant nearby and Brickley's Ice Cream. We definately enjoyed our stay.

Our family of four and one grandmother also enjoyed this home very much. The location is good and it is a great size-enough room to be comfortable but not overdone. It is nicely decorated and well-kept. We also loved the deck and took advantage of the gas grill!
We would like to go back sometime!
