Welcome to nature's playground in the Delaware County Catskill Mountains. Our cozy and comfortable house is situated on 149 acres (a former dairy farm) of rolling meadows and woods, surrounded by beautiful mountains with a spectacular view of near and distant mountain ranges. ---For those who want to get away from it all. --- Total seclusion and serenity. Relax on the deck and enjoy the view and a good book during the day or watching the stars at night. Cuddle by the fireplace on a cool evening. There is a one acre pond for fishing or skipping stones. You can take a hike through the meadows and woods or along our country roads. This is a great place for wildlife enthusiasts with plenty of deer and turkeys to watch. We currently have a doe and her fawn as daily visitors to our pond.

Close by, you can enjoy a slice of rural life with country fairs, music fairs, farm stands with fresh vegetables and fruits, good old fashioned country auctions, ride a scenic railroad, paddle a canoe, great hiking (on state trails), biking, fishing, horseback riding, great restaurants, antique shops, swim an Olympic size pool or in a lake with a sandy beach. Minutes from golf courses (including miniature) and ski areas. There are two bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed. There is a full bath along with a very large den with a twin bed, sofa etc. The house has an open floor plan with a fully equipped dining area and living room with a fireplace. It is very bright and cheerful. There are games, puzzles and many good books to read, satellite TV and local maps and guide books. We have compiled a list of favorite restaurants, shops & activities in the area.

Located in the heart of the Catskills. We have spectacular views of the Catskill Mountain.
